I have an SVG graphic that includes links.After upload into a miro board, everything is fine with this graphic, except that all links are missing.Is this expected behavior?

In the miro app (not browser), drag a rectangle to the board resize the rectangle as narrow as possible the resize handlers disappear => one cannot resize the shape anymore drag another shape to the board (e.g. square) it is as narrow as the rectangle before  this is imo quite severe because all shape I drag to the board a) are as narrow as the original rectangle b) are not resizeable => one has to go to maximum zoom, then the resize handler re-appear 

I made a board using miro lite (web whiteboard) almost a week ago, meaning it is soon going to be deleted. I am seeing this screen when i try to access it:When I pressed sign up and made an account it reloaded the page and gave me the same warning and would not let me access the board. Same happens when I press the sign up button and then sign in.Extra details:I do have cookies enabled for miro I shared the board with someone who had an account Is there any way for me to access the board or at least export it?

Hello community, I'm using Miro and since yesterday I've been experiencing an issue. When I try to add a circle shape, it doesn't appear correctly—only a square shows up with very little thickness. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm on the free plan

The Miro plugin for Figma works ok, but in the last couple of days, it won’t load all the boards we have and it used to. I’ve tried using the Miro plugin in both the browser & the Figma desktop application and it just doesn’t work. I’ve logged out of the plugin and logged back in which didn’t change anything. I’m not able to uninstall any plugins with Figma (no idea why) so I’m not able to test that. Need to get this working ASAP. Any suggestions?

I worked on Miro free, but in the free plan I could not work with 4 boards, so I decided to pay for 1 month of Miro to be able to have more opportunities for working, and I would cancel after paying to not continue paying for more months. But an error ocurred and I was charged THE WHOLE YEAR. Please, help me return my money. It was a mistake.

As @Fergus Watson pointed out in this post, as November 21, 2023, with an OAuth 2.0 configuration of the Miro Jira Cards app, changes made in Jira are not being pushed to the Miro cards on the board, or at least not until the Cards are opened on the Miro board. This is not the experience I had with OAuth 1.0.@Callum Jefferies - Tagging you in here as you were mentioned in the other post.I have opened a Miro support ticket # 641974 and shared a video of the behaviour I am seeing.I will update this post as I hear back from the support team.

Miro board is such a beautiful interface but I can’t use it because after an hour it brings back my carpal tunnel! Is there a way to navigate and move boxes through keys or clicks instead of pressing down and dragging? 

I am evaluating Miro to use for story mapping for Gerdau, and when I first downloaded the product, I could enter text in the text boxes and the sticky notes. When I went to download it as a PDF, suddenly I can’t enter text in the text boxes or sticky notes. I added a frame as part of the share process. When I couldn’t share, I deleted the frame. The only place where I can enter text is if I add a comment.Just prior to this issue, was when I tried to take an example of a story map to share with my PO to see if this is something we want to use for story mapping. I tried editing an existing text box/sticky note; adding new text box/sticky notes. I made sure the objects weren’t locked. I can add text to comment boxes.

I have an important miro board in a paid team that was working perfectly for the past few months (with the exception of a few service blips at status.miro.com). This morning, after logging in to give a presentation, it wouldn’t load for anyone, including: incognito mode in firefox, safari, and chrome freshly downloaded desktop app on Mac ARM iPad app  The UI won’t even load: I thought perhaps miro was having an incident, but the status of the site is operational - https://status.miro.com/Here’s what I tried: duplicating the board exporting the board and importing it multiple browsers with incognito mode and extensions disabled multiple platformsI’ve read through the instructions to contact support, however, even though I’m on a paid team with 90+ users, I do not see the Contact Support button mentioned at https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020185799-How-to-contact-Miro-Support#h_01HAPCDRV24JZB5KMV9D731C29, nor do I know the details of our team’s contract with miro. So, given th

Chatting window size are needed to be adjustment by user. When I would like to share it to other team members who were not joint that Miro page, it can be shown whole communication history, but as chatting window can`t be bigger, I need to drag and copy for sharing. Some times it works, but some times it`s font and detail was mistaken for sharing in same mood. Please let me know whether I can adjust chatting box size. ggtarget@ggkorea.co.kr  Thank you so much, best regardsMinny

Hello, I am writing to complain about an unexpected charge that just occurred on my credit card by Miro.Late last year December, we got into the miro startup program and were given a $1,000 credit that was supposed to last for one year. but today I got a billing of 343 that was charged to my account one month after the so-called credits were given to us. my account is currently upgraded to a year plan. how come there is a charge that is not being sent to me 1 month after the program? the money is super important to us and we would appreciate it if it could be reversed. please look into this and get back to us please Looking forward to hearing from you Respectfully Elyan

Hi @Miro Developer Relations I am trying to copy board from one account to another team account via Miro REST API. I tried two approaches to solve this problem see below:Approach 1: I used copy Board API but getting 403 Forbidden error if i am using v2.0 API.Approach 2:1. I created blank board to other team member account via Create Board API.2. I get all widgets from one board which is exist into another team account via List All Widgets API via v1.0 API.3. I tried to create all widgets into newly created board but getting error like fontFamily key or createAt,createdBy is not supported into rawJSON  via v1.0 API.So i am stuck into that please suggest the solutions of above problem which i am facing at my end.Thanks. 

I applied to the educator program and received an email that I was accepted into the program.I had been using my educator email with the free version prior to applying and it appears that Miro still thinks I am in the free version (Says Miro Free in the top left of my dashboard). I am looking for guidance on how to get it corrected. The documentation says to switch to the education team on the left side of my dashboard but I do not see other options. Wondering if anybody else has run into this issue. Thanks in advance for any support.

HiIt would be super cool if it was possible to copy multiple columns of cells from excel in bulk into sticky notes where I could select which columns are comments or tags.In that way we are able to import user feedback together with meta data like role, country, date which we then could get the AI to read and help us see patterns and summarize. best regardsTonny

Hi,I decided to take time out from freelancing but wanted to keep all my boards for when I return.  After realising all my boards have disappeared today I searched my trash and found this…. In 30 days or on August 7, 2023, if you are no longer using the team: *********, we will delete it and all the boards in it. Once deleted, we will be unable to recover boards. If you want to keep this team and your boards, downgrade to Free plan. Once on Free plan you can upgrade to the paid plan of your choice.I received one email in my trash with notification Miro will be deleting my boards. I have no available contact with Miro support.Has anyone had any luck recovering their boards. I am desperately needing my boards back. Thanks very much 

Hello everyone.I’ve had an issue for the past couple of weeks where when typing out a sticky note, it will remove every space I put in.It is really annoying to go back and put the space in the middle of the conjoined words.I am on Firefox on Windows 11, if that helps. 

HelloI heard that Miro generously supports Ukraine and Ukrainian people, and thus there has been a possibility for Ukrainian users to get their plans upgraded for free. Is there still such a possibility? And what is needed for that? I would be grateful for your response. Thanks in advance!  

 I'm currently trying to get images on the Miro board using MiroAPI or SDK. However, when you run the code below, nothing is displayed in the URL field. What should I do? What I want to do is get the image on the Miro board and paste it into my web application via the server, and one way to do that is to use a URL. I’m sorry I don’t know how to solve this I am desperate, I have a project presentation on monday and the miro don’t load! I deleted cache, refresh tried to duplicate and also opened it from my Ipad and it still does not load It seems to work now, thank you!

I refreshed this one Miro board page as an image was uploading and now I can't get into it at all. The board is in a perpetual state of loading. I can access any other board of mine, but not this one. I need to access it ASAP for work. Don't know what to do :/ Please send help!I've done everything. Cleared cache and browsing data, tried a different wifi network, tried incognito, tried the app, tried different internet browsers, restarted my laptop, and even tried different devices. Nothing has worked so far.
