How to Change pivot point of uploaded image?

Hi all, i struggling with Change pivot point of uploaded image.

the AI assist told me to press ALT and with rotation icon but didnt work at all.

So please Anyone have the solution?

didn't work for me, where the shape icon of pivot point? why it so hard to find it?
