Problem: How do I “Add” not “Create” a Team to the Desktop Miro App.Current Solution: I use my Personal “Starter” account on the Miro Desktop App, and works in Chrome.I can see that you can Switch from different teams in the left sidebar but it doesn’t let you add????Is there a solution to have multi Teams in one Miro App and how do you add? 

How do I unlink or remove internal links? everything points to creating links, but once they are in place there’s no way that I can see to remove them.

Its so painful to add a sticky and then change the line type from angular to curved, how do is et all line types as curved so any new sticky creates a curved line

Currently when users are trying to copy an Email from the one of my company boards the email seems to remove the letter F from the word office. Leading to an incorrect E-Mail being copy/pasted. Please assist.

I am the teacher from Ukraine. And I teach english our Ukrainians who are abroad to get them easier in living outside of the country, as they were forced to live their motherland because of the russian invasion. I try to send the application form for getting the free education account, but i fail because we use the gmail.com email instead of work variant. How can I solve this issue?I can proviude prooves that I am a teacher (my diploma) as well as the site of our school where I am stated.

Hi all,since some time I am experiencing roundish shapes that are very large to be displayed as more squared, e.g. this selected circular shape is displayed like a squared shape instead of its actual shape.It happens not reliably but very often once the board is loaded and I start editing shapes that lie within the shapes on my board with a lot of items on it (4000).When the shape is edited (but not just moved around) it returns to its correct shape.Happy to help out with logs and stuff.Cheers

Notes have been disappearing in Note slide-out section of the Miro Board. It’s quite alarming because I’m able to get a lot of information input but when I come back, the notes have disappeared.Are there any settings I can change to make sure I’m not continuing to lose my notes?Thanks,Jonathan

I have prepared a board with many templates for a DT books. The templates include a QR with a link to the template in the board, so the template captures included in the book can be scanned by the readers and get directly the template in the board.The problem is that the links to the frames in the board have changed. For example this one: https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVPmJhGJk=/?moveToWidget=3458764569868142331&cot=14 has been changed to this one: https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVPmJhGJk=/?moveToWidget=3458764584257549875&cot=14As you can see, the numbers of the parameter "moveToWidget" in the link are different from the 8th position: 34587645This is a main issue for me, as the board include many templates and te book has already been reviewed by the publisher. We could update all the QRs and images, but it would be a huge effort. Nevertheless my main concern is to know why happened this and if it could be repeated in the future. 

We have a team board with a lot of comments and they just disappeared all of a sudden. Apparently the functionality is ok because I can create new comments and the comments view is enabled, but we can't see the old ones. I opened the board on the computer (Chrome) and on the mobile app, in both the comments don’t appear. Other people are not seeing it either. I also checked the board's activity history and there is nothing about the comments. Has anyone else experienced this? What could it be?We use the free account, are there any new limitations regarding comments?Thanks.

Unexpectedly I don’t have my app on a toolbar. I had it but now I don’t. I don’t understand why( I have already tried all teams and boards and even different browsers but still can’t find my app.And I see here https://miro.com/app/settings/team/3458764611114804267/apps-and-integrationsthat the app is installed. Can anyone help me, please ?

Have been using the Roadmap template, the table contains a detailed 6 month plan of activities. Opened the board today and the Roadmap table (shows as gantt chart) and the detailed action points table, are both now showing as wireframes with a message of “we’re working to make tables available on every plan”I have a free account, I am desperate to recover my planning. 

Hi all, I have a question regarding icons. I was using a template (Company vision presentation) and noticed that it uses icons. The color of these icons can be changed and that we can modify the background shape. It took me a while to figure out that the icons were actually from the Wireframe menu. (BTW, It would be super nice to be able to learn new features from the template).Here we are able to change background shape But when I add an icon myself, I can’t set a background shape.Icon I’ve added myself, no background shape setting So here are the questions:How can I add a shape ? Suppose I have a template with background shape, how can I remove them ? Or more broadly, why is it sometimes possible to add a backgroudn shape and sometimes not ? That strange.Have a great day !

Not sure if this is expected behavior or if I’m doing something incorrectly.  When using a shape on a miro board (specifically in a process map), I find that the font size within the shape will sometimes auto-increase if I create a shape and add text, but then edit the text later (the text editing step is when the font size changes).  For example, I have been using font size 13, however when I edit the shape, the font size auto-increases to 21, so much of my text ‘disappears’ off the shape until I select all and reduce the font back to 13.  I’m not sure why this is happening - has anyone experienced this?  Is there perhaps a default setting I’m not aware of? Hello. Can anyone help me with video calls?  When I start using this function , the users invited to the board cannot use it. It seems to be blocked for them. What should I do ? Can anyone give a help?

I’ve found that over the last few weeks my Miro board i’ve been working has become increasingly slow - to the point the browser becomes unresponsive and not usable. I’ve deleted stuff from the board to reduce performance issues but ideally I need to keep all this information on the board. Any workarounds on this?

I am working with story boards and have some detail in sub-tasks under a Jira story.  I am able to find and insert a Jira story into my Miro story board fine, but I would like to see the sub-tasks too.  When I edit the Jira story within Miro, I can’t even see the sub-tasks.    Is there something I can do to be able to work with story sub-tasks?    

There are a few topics I upvoted and I see that it automatically “subscribes” me to the topic. But I can’t find it anywhere. Where is the list of topics I’m following? 

I want to make a template and duplicate into the other boards to use for differents groups, after that I wanto to update my original template and doing that automactly update all the boards groups.Theres a way to do That?

When writing, my board becomes very laggy and jittery. It happens on my ipad. I have tried it on blank boards or “busy” boards. The problem happens on all boards seemingly for no reason. Then it will stop for a few days, but it always eventually starts happening again. It occurs on the app and on browser. It does not happen on the same boards when I access them on a desktop. i have had much “busier” boards with more writing in the past where this did not happen. Even when boards would crash due to having too much on them, they never did this laggy/jittery stuff.
