Hi - I’d like to rotate a shape by 36 degrees exactly. I cant see how to do this or even see how much a shape is rotated by? Thanks!

I created a free education plan and added members. But members are unable to see the boards. All they see are the features of miro when they join my account.Anyone has this experience?

I would like to add more details on a process mapping. So, it would be really nice for me to click on the process title to access to the sub-processes. Is it possible to have this kind of button on Miro ?

I'm part of the education plan. If I make a board and don't share it, can the Admin still view it? Is there a way to create a completely private board?Regarding creating additional teams: Currently, I'm only on the education plan and can't create a free team. To set up another team beyond the educational one, I'd need to subscribe to a paid plan.

In order to save us hundreds of hours of manual work, we must find a way to export line points position data from our miro board!We also need to be able to export picture position and size data, so we can know where the lines are relative to the background they’re placed over.

Bottom line. If icons or pictures could come with a built in text box below them that can be blank or filled in I’d be an extremely happy camper.  Is there a feature I’m missing? If not can I get this in as a feature request?--------------------------------I’m working hard to get adoption within our organization for using miro for problem solving through discussion mapping.  The folks are generally tech savvy but not sure that they are going to like learning something new.  This technique involves using simple icons like question mark, light bulb, minus, plus and “i”.  I’ve used many other graphical planning tools. The best one’s I’ve got attach a text box to whatever icon you’ve got. As I work with the group on the questions the whole process is constantly interrupted by having to for example grab a post it note, select or cut/paste a question mark, then group the question mark with your post-it, and only then being able to write your text.

Hi,  I am being charged each month for Miro but I don’t have an active paid account - because I don’t have a paid account I can’t contact Miro support….  What am I supposed to do here Miro people????  I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charges, but they are saying I need to cancel the card - I am not willing to do this as I have multiple accounts setup on this card and the admin to update them all is not worth it.  I had a paid account in the past and I used the same credit card to make the payment for Miro, so I suspect that there is some kind of error in the background that means I am being charged for my account but that on the front-end it says I am on a free account.  To be clear - I don’t want or need a paid account right now, so I don’t want to reactivate the account - I just want to stop being charged for the subscription (and refunded the last few months of transactions that I have been charg

I want to make a Miroverse templates using my brand fonts and color palette. Will this make it difficult for people to use the template it self?

I noticed a template in Miroverse that doesn’t adhere to a Creative Commons license (4.0 Attribution) for my original material, and have tried to contact the template creator to no avail. What possibilites do I have?

When i go to export my boards using the Best Quality option under Export PDF. Miro just sits there spinning away but doesn't actually export the files, has anyone come across this before? It works when I use the small file size option but the Best Quality option when I select it and say okay just sits there spinning!

Hi community, Since copy/pasting doesn’t include comments, what’s your workaround to import all work-related comments to other boards when you have lots of them with multiple replies? Over the years of using Miro, I’ve frequently ran into this issue when tidying up boards and looking back on it, I see that it discouraged me of doing proper centralization. Am I the only one running into this issue? It seems like this would be a core part of the workflow.

I have my personal (free) account and my company's one. Can I manage both without loging in and out everytime? I don't want to merge them for privacy reasons. On top of that, I have logged out of my personal account to log in to the corporate one and now I cannot log in with my personal email. I end up in an eldless loop. When I click on: ‘Continue with google’, it automatically fills in my org's email and takes me to ‘log is with SSO’. How can I avoid that?

I use cards to organize my projects’ production process and I keep duplicate cards to link to those on the process board. I am wanting to alphabetize my cards by the first line. Is it possible to do so automatically once I drop them in a box?

Hi, need some suggestion on loading a heavy board~ I’ve been using miro with a free plan, was about to upgrade and split a heavy board afterwards, but i can’t access to this board now (i could open and load the board a while ago), and keep getting error while loading. I tried the solutions in Board performance and loading issues, on both desktop app and browsers, unfortunately didn’t work.Any suggestion for solving this issue, or any support i could get? Thanks a lot~ 

Hi there,I want to have the same experience as on a white board when I am using Miro on my Huion graphics tablet. The pen has two buttons which I can configure. Right now I have the 1st button configured as the left mouse button and the 2nd button as right hand mouse button. My problem is that I need to press the 1st button to start drawing. But I want to start drawing as soon as I touch the canvas. I have tried many things but I am unable to figure this out. I would really appreciate your support!Best Regards,Henbah

Hi, i was wondering if there is a way to conveniently detect or flag duplicated sticky notes ?i have stumbled upon cases in workshops that we just realised there are duplicate items mid-exercise, and since we have a large boards with hundreds of stickies, its quite hard for the facilitator to keep track of every stickies in the board. 

When I have a lot of images and my workspace is quite large, it happens to me that every time I use the zoom the board becomes slow.At first, I thought it might be because of the number of images, but it has been more than a year that I work with the platform with the same amount of elements and I have this problem for maybe 2 months, with the new boards. Someone had the same problem?

Is there any way to (after creating the board) optimize uploaded images on a board? Say, for example, that I’d carefully uploaded 100 images that turned out to be a bit larger than they needed to be - is there a feature that’d let me resize those on the server side, instead of hand resizing them all and uploading each one and re-placing them?
