Hello.

So I have no idea how this community is going to be able to help me. I need someone from Miro to tell me who owns this board : http://miro.com/app/board/uXjVLNQXGUs=/

It's a board I made back in October  but I can't remember what email address I used to create it. The only evidence I have is a video I sent to a friend explaining my work and that's where I was able to see the URL in the video.

When I try and request access I don't have any request popping up in my Gmail accounts.

It's driving me mad because I put SOOO much work into this board and I need access to it.

But I don't know how to figure that out.

Also. I have no Idea how a community is going to help. Obviously guys fpnt have access to ownership information.

Wild. I hope I haven't lost my work 😭😭

@Laura Proudfoot - Sorry to hear this.

While I do not work at Miro, from my experience and understanding of privacy and security guidelines, I do not expect that Miro will disclose details around boards that someone cannot access. However, maybe someone from Miro will chime in here.

Aside from not remembering which email address you signed up with to create and account and that board, another possible scenario is that someone invited you Miro, you signed up with their link, created the board in their team, and they have subsequently deleted you from the team, where the board remains.

You could try:

- signing in with every email address you have.

- searching your emails for the first reference of miro.com - may e you'll find who invited you to start using Miro - one indication that this may have happened is that, when you recently signed into Miro, you were prompted to create a new team.

I started a post a while back about "finding lost boards" - maybe there are some ideas there:

Good luck!

Hi @Laura Proudfoot,

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially given how much work you’ve put into your board! It looks like the board is still active, so there’s hope.

Do you happen to have another Miro profile linked to a different email address? It might be worth checking if that’s the account you used to create it. Sometimes it’s easy to forget which email is connected to certain accounts.

Let me know if you'd like any further suggestions on how to regain access!
