I tried to change the email of my miro account. I entered the new one and got the confirmation mail.

I wasn’t able to click the confirmation link in a short period of time, unfortunately it took me a while. When I clicked the verification link from the confirmation mail, it showed me an error "Email change failed. The link is invalid. Go back to your profile and try changing your email again" error.


I tried three more times to repeat the confirmation, but got exactly the same error every time even though I click on a confirmation link in a minute.

How to solve the problem?

On a fourth attempt it worked today 🫠 May be some sort of invalid cache on a server side, idk

Thanks for sharing your experience! I'm glad to hear it eventually worked, though I understand how frustrating that must have been. If this happens again, clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser might help.
