I started creating a board, and I hadn’t created an account as I was testing the software out. There was a notification at the top saying “You only have xx time to save your board. Register now to save your board”. So I clicked it and registered, yet my board has disappeared and seems to have been deleted after all my work. Where has it gone?

About 6 weeks ago I did a demo for some facilitators, importing some feedback into a miro board as stickies and, using miro assist to find themes in the feedback and then using assist again to turn the themes into a presentation. I’m trying to prep to demo this for a new group and the only documents I now seem to be able to create are word type docs. Has this feature been retired in the switchover from assist to AI or is it hidden somewhere?

Hello,Long time user, first time community poster here. I do apologise if this has already been raised, but I couldn’t find anything about it when I searched. I have a board with several synced copies of other boards within it. These have been added by using the ‘copy and sync’ feature on the source boards, then pasting into the destination board.This works fine. I can move the synced boards, resize them and stuff.But I noticed some strange behaviour when I went to add sticky notes as annotations over the top of the synced boards:If I copy and paste a sticky I’ve added on top of a synced board, the copy momentarily appears, then disappears If I try to move an overlaid sticky note, it snaps back to its original position Sometimes the sticky notes go to the back of the stacking order i.e. they are obscured by the synced copy board. I can send the board to the back but it may at some point push its way to the front againForgive me if these are known issues but I couldn’t seem to find them

Hi, I had an account under the same email before. But one time I accidently hit Sign Up, instead of Sign In. And it creates a new account and overwrites my old account.Is there a way to recover my old account? Much appreciated!

When I enlarged the embedded YouTube window, there was no close button, no minimize button, nothing—only a full-screen button. This was very annoying, as I couldn't return to my whiteboard interface. Although closing and reopening the window might restore the whiteboard interface, I couldn't close the enlarged YouTube window, which was an unexpected surprise that made it impossible to stay calm.

Hi there. I am very new to Miro, but after reading through https://miro.com/graphs/pie-chart/ I figured I could make that.  However, when I search through the templates for “pie chart” or “pie maker” or even just “pie” nothing comes up.  I am logged in through my company and we are a paying customer so I don’t understand why the template isn’t showing up in the search.I found a work-around by going to here: https://miro.com/templates/pie-chart/ and clicking on ‘Use Template’.  Now I am within the template and entering in the data, but the chart is cutting off the words that label each slice of the pie chart and there’s no option to resize the chart to show the entire label. It only allows me to make the whole chart larger or smaller. I appreciate any help anyone can provide.  Thank you!!!

I am struggling to get the line to touch the decision shape.  The arrow is linked to the shape however they do not touch.  Example image, arrow does not touch decision shape despite being linked.  

Hello! Whenever we click the “copy link to share” or  “share - copy link” buttons from any templates, whether they be from the Miroverse or Miro’s standard templates, the links do not work. A url that looks like it should go directly to the template is generated but whenever anyone clicks on it, it just takes you to your dashboard or sign in page. It seems like this is a bug. Does anyone know what the issue is?

When we use SCIM for provisioning (Azure/Entra) what will happen with the rights of company admins! I don't see any information about this in the help center.

I’m creating a table and I need to group tasks by functionalities. However, I can’t see more than 6 of the groups I created in the table layout (there are 10 groups).If I go to Timeline Layout, I see all 10 groups, but I need to see them on the Table Layout as well. How can I do that? 

I have been using the timeline module to plan our team’s roadmap on a high level fashion, and I realized you can drag the tasks outside the timeline module, thus creating a card element. This is extremely useful as we can now move items from the roadmap view directly into planning boards (ie., Sprint board). However, the drag & drop functionalities don’t seem to work with these cards derived from tasks in the timeline module. For example, if I drag my name over one of these cards, it does not get assigned to the task, instead a name element just floats on top of the card. The same happens for estimations (Story points / T-shirt sizes).  Is there a way to enable the same basic drag & drop functionalities for these cards, or is this a known limitation?

Here’s the thing - the app IS installed. I can uninstall it. It just doesn’t show up in the settings/app list. This means that every time I click a link, it opens in the browser instead of the windows app. This is REALLY annoying. Why is this happening, Miro?

I wanted to paste a table from google sheets into my Miro board. When I pasted in a new document, as soon as i pasted the background turns grey and zoom does not work anymore.I decided to paste a table in an existing working board, same thing happened, did not see anything anymore, but, I pressed refresh and now it is saved as the last version and I cant edit it out anymore, meaning, I lost my board setup…No pro account so history not available. Also tried private browser mode, no difference.Has to do with some display setting I think.Hope someone can help.Tanx

I accidentally gave the rights to my board to an extremely unfriendly person, after which I deleted all data from the board, but he restored it. The board contained not only important information about my developments, but also extremely personal information. I would like to find a way for you to view the history of the board's rights and permanently delete it without notifying the current owner, as they may copy it to their own account. Pls help, I beg you. You are my last hope.If necessary, I can actually prove that the information on the board belongs to me personally.

Hi EveryoneI'm experiencing some frustrating issues with the synced tables feature, which is critical for the workflow I’m building.Ghost views not disappearing: When I delete a synced table, the associated view still appears in the “Synced Views” list. These views behave like ghosts — when I click them, nothing happens, and I can't locate them on the board, but they persist in the list as if they still exist.Field visibility resetting: My workflow relies on one master table with a lot of data, and several synced views with filtered rows and hidden fields. The issue is that whenever I refresh the board (by re-entering or duplicating the table), all the previously hidden fields become visible again. This forces me to manually re-hide everything each time, which is extremely time-consuming.This behavior is making it really hard to use synced tables effectively. I truly rely on Miro as a core part of my process, and I’d really appreciate any help or guidance you can offer to resolve this.

This morning I logged into Miro and found the top left and right toolbars had disappeared from a particular board. There doesn’t seem to be any setting to hide/show it. I am the board owner and have edit access.Steps I’ve taken:Replicated issue in Miro app for Mac, and latest Chrome browser (including Incognito) Reset application data for Mac app Duplicated the board Confirmed that these toolbars display in other boardsAnyone else had this issue, or know how to resolve it?

One day, when I was trying to keep move on with my project which has completed a infographic, then I find a big problem, almost 70% of my content is missing, so I tried to search for edit history of some backup version support, but unfortunately, there’s nothing but a clean history, I can’t find any latest version. And in other day, I found a mystery version just pop out, which can restore about 300 parts which has been deleted, but trouble comes again, after I click it, I suddenly get dumbfounded, they’re back but they’re all stacked together, what a surprise, hahaha : )They’re back, but it’s all meaningless. Our staff are on the Ed plan and one colleague has a board which now does not open - just seems to load forever. We have tried with different browsers and with the app (mac). Any idea what we can do, as ticketed support does not appear available for education users ?Thank you
