Olá comunidade Miro, tenho conta Enterprise do Miro para 30 usuários. Um dos usuários estava conectando normalmente na plataforma, mas agora passou a solicitar que seja adotada a autenticação em dois fatores. Na configuração da conta realizada pelo usuário administrador não está definida autenticação e dois fatores. Como solucionar esse problema para o usuário específico?

If two-factor authentication (2FA) is not enforced at the company level in your Enterprise plan settings, but the user is still being prompted to enable it:
It’s possible that the user is a member of another organization (e.g. a client or past team) where 2FA is required. In that case, the 2FA requirement would apply globally to their login. The user can check their current organizations by clicking their profile picture > "Switch team" or "View all teams".
I recommend submitting a request to Miro Support so they can help to clarify which organization is enforcing it.
