Great question.

At the moment, Miro doesn’t support creating fully custom shapes or adding them to a custom shape pack like in design tools. However, you can achieve something similar using this workaround:

1. Create your desired shape using existing shapes and text.

2. Group the elements together.

3. Save it as a custom template:

   • Select the grouped shape.

   • Click the three-dot menu (•••) and choose “Save as template”.

This way, you can reuse your custom design across boards — while keeping the editable text inside.

You can always share your ideas in our Wishlist so the team can work on it, especially if more users voted for your submission.
