    Swimlanes by Assignee, Epic and Story Fields using the Planner widgetOpen

    Being able to create swimlanes by the Assignee, Epic and Story fields from JIRA issues would give better visibility to more useful info than the currently available fields there.As an aside I’m working around this by using a Custom Field with Single Select option, however the data in the field renders as “Uncategorised” which seems like a bug.Another aside, Planner, JIRA cards and Miro & JIRA functionality is great and a pleasure to use so far, thank you so much Miro team.

    Ability to increase line spacing in text boxesOpen

    One of the requests that came in on my side that I would share here is the ability in MIRO to increase line spacing in text boxes. Text boxes in MIRO are not the most UI friendly.

    Team Users EnhancementsOpen

    As an administrator I would like to easily see who is actively using Miro to facilitate meetings so that I can ensure that users occupying licenses are getting value from the tool, and removing them if not. One way to achieve this might be to add the “boards” count available from user info directly to the Team Users report, and add or create a metric for “Date of Last Facilitated Meeting” (I would need to differentiate between just “activity” which might be as a participant or as a facilitator.)

    Hide any contents, for example, by collapsingOpen

    The ability to hide content at will would be very useful to me. I imagine that every component would be collapsible (or at least some of them, like Frames). I see inspiration for this in Miro's collapsible mind map branches, or in text editors where you can collapse a paragraph so that all the detail isn't visible at a glance. Simillar whishes to this one are also described here. I find very hand as well):https://community.miro.com/ideas/hide-and-reveal-elements-at-different-zoom-levels-6064  https://community.miro.com/ideas/option-in-private-mode-to-hide-the-entire-sticky-note-or-shapes-not-just-the-text-content-13318They look very usable to me as well even if they look at the same problem from a slightly different angle.

    Move the wireframes with the frame on which they are placed.Open

    At the moment when wireframes or screen flow is placed on a frame, it doesn’t move or stick to the frame underneath. Let me know is there is an existing feature to enable that or might be great to add it to the product in future. Helps in keeping the boards cleans and avoid the need to select all objects along with the frame underneath them.

    Rename existing usersOpen

    Hello,due to a marriage, the email address of an employee has changed. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an email address for existing accounts.However, if you invite the employee with the new email and delete the old email, the owned boards will be transferred but not the invitations to projects.Please make one possibility happen. You can even do it with a confirmation sent to the old email to approve this change.Thanks very much

    Rearranging frames order and being able to export only selected framesOpen

    I would like to be able to rearrange frame order so that when I export as PDF I get them in the order I need. I would like also to be able to select some of the frames for export and not exporting all frames everytime. And to select the name and location of the export

    Automatic Font Size Changes for Connector LabelsOpen

    Miro does an amazing job to change font sizes when multiple elements are selected and scaled. However, while the font size for changes changes, the font size for labels of connectors stays the same. See here:It be great if the font size of connector labels would change accordingly.

    History of Guest AccessOpen

    As a frequent sharer of things, it would be amazing to understand some info about the people on my boards. I already use a bit.ly to assist with tracking opens, and it gives me info about when, and where the click came from. What would be amazing to see a lot of who frequents a board, and meta data on the person that has been in the board. For me it’s a great tool to know reach and understand usage.

    Adding user story and functionalitiesOpen

    In Miro we have created a swimlane diagram. In this diagram we have used steps to determine the steps that a company needs to take to fullfill their sales proces. In the attachment I added a screenshot of qlerify. In qlerify we can add user stories, problems, systems, actions and opportunities to a step. Is this also possible in Miro?

    Project organisation - Sub-Projects or boards within groupsOpen

    We intend to use MIRO to communicate with vendors on a larger number sub-projects. This will include several rounds of feedback that would make a single board far too complicated and heavy for use in a project.The ability to create depth to a project will be invaluable!     Use multiple times cardsOpen

    I had in the last days the situation to do an initial backlog creation in Miro. It felt natural: all insights from external and internal communication was there, process diagrams, mockups, … So why not use cards for features/user stories.Said and done. Now let’s form some epics and timeline and I need now the card again for another visual representation. I copied it intuitively but later, changing descriptions, labels and you need to do it again… and again…So I wish to have like “virtual” copies of cards, so I can use them multiple times and all changes in a virtual copy is reflected in every usage.

    Connection Lines : Add a 'jump' for lines that crossDelivered

    In Visio if I have a connection line that crosses another connection line, it automatically adds a little ‘jump’ to show the line direction. This is a screen grab of a ‘jump’ in the Visio Software.You can see one connecting line jumps over another.In Miro this is would just show as two lines crossing, making it slightly harder to read.

    Update labels to be more clear when creating a ProjectOpen

    I’m using Projects to group boards, and often don’t share projects with any one. However, when adding a board to a Project, even if that Project is not shared with anyone, the interface prompts “Create Project and Share?” which is misleading and a bit scary. Can you update the logic/language here to clarify if the Board is actually going to be shared?

    Using MIRO for nealry all my work = tab overload within the first hours of the day and not being able to find the board I’m looking for.Like most browsers, it would be great to be able to ‘Pin’ a few board to MIRO so they are ever present.
