    User management: Sort active users based on the date they last edited or created a boardOpen

    I know how to sort the list of “Active users”, by clicking on the column header “Last activity” (with tooltip, “The last time a user opened a board”). And I can click a second time to reverse the sorting order to move the “passive” users to the top of the list.This is useful as it shows me which users have been accessing Miro recently, and which users have not accessed Miro for some time.I would like a new column, “Last edit” (suggested tooltip, “The last time a user created or edited a board”) that sorts the list of “Active users” based on on the date that users last edited or created (not just opened) a board.

    Snap to grid with linesDelivered

    I use lines as markers all the time, and I know that creating a line and holding down shift will keep it straight, but i’d like an option for it to toggle your lines to snap to grid and be horizontal automatically, instead of trying to make sure it isn't crooked. I dont use the line feature to make unstraight lines most of the time.

    Just for starters, I’m a bit maniac and I like things to be aligned and even. I mostly use Miro to create game design systems (UX flow, tech trees, level layouts...). Those can be pretty complex with hundreds of items but the ease of use, the simple shortcuts and the minimalistic UI of MIRO allow me to seamlessly materialize my ideas without friction. Yet, something bothers me a lot, I can’t snap objects to the grid which means that in order to keep my stuff nice and clear to present to my colleagues I have to manually create a grid with boxes. This process is tedious and suboptimal and I’d really love an option to snap objects to grid (whether it is their corners or their center I don’t really care). Thanks for making my life easier with a great tool!

    Please make it so that comments that are attached to elements can be copied and pasted to other parts of the board. This function would be really helpful in retaining old versions of frames.

    Hello there, thanks for your time I need to COPY and PASTE ... ALL the items in the board, BUT ... I need the comments also.... when I copy-paste (frome one to another board) all the comments dissapear  … maybe this could be a powerfull option  Regards Iván

    sysML Modeling Shapes set and Diagram Template set Support in MiroOpen

    sysML is a very powerful visual system/language for defining the composition and behavior of systems. It is similar to UML and overlaps a lot. There are some official extensions beyond UML. I envision using Miro for a lot of system definition work.     Z for Zoom tool. Click drag right = zoom in. Click drag left = zoom out.Open

    Loving the new pen tool feature!! Super comfortable to use with my wacom tablet.Next I really want to be able to use similar hotkeys to what I do with adobe illustrator for quickly zooming in and out on aspects of my work.Jump into Adobe Illustrator (Or Photoshop) hit Z on keyboard and click and drag.This would level up my Miro workflow and comfort immensely!

    Reminders to comments!Open

    Can we add a reminder notification to the comment functionality? I want to be able to comment, tag someone, and set a reminder to go off at specific date/time for that comment. Some comments don’t need to be immediately addressed, so the ability to have a reminder go off for when they need attention would be AMAZING.

    Miro SCIM API - Can't downgrade user from Full to Free RestrictedOpen

    I am writing to request a new feature for the Miro SCIM API that would allow for the automation of user license management. Currently, there is no way to use the API to change a user's role from Full to Free Restricted, which can be a major challenge for organizations that need to manage large teams or many users who are not active in Miro.By adding this feature, Miro could provide significant benefits to its users. It would enable administrators to automatically downgrade the license of inactive users, reducing costs and simplifying user management. In addition, this feature would improve security by ensuring that only active users have access to Miro, which is essential for organizations that deal with sensitive information.I believe that this feature would be a valuable addition to the Miro platform and would benefit many users. Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to seeing this feature added to Miro soon.

    MS Word Embed Live ImageOpen

    We use Microsoft Word for design approvals. Currently we have to take screenshots from Miro and paste them into Word whenever the Miro board changed.Please provide a live embedding URL that provides a static image of a viewport in Miro.     What is criteria for the results of a search in the Community Forum? I have done different searches in the forum and it appears that topics are showed in no particular order. Topics from 3 years ago show at the top while the most recent topics are pushed below. It also happens with most upvoted or liked topics.It would be great to filter search results in the community forum based on date, likes or upvotes, to facilitate the search. (Specially when there are +100 results)Leaving this idea here🤗

    Show keyboard shortcuts on hover infoOpen

    Please add keyboard shortcuts to the hover text of buttons. There’s a few very handy keyboard shortcuts already, but it’s cumbersome to look them up every time. Take a look at discord, they’re doing it really well!When i hover over the bold font style button the popup displays “font style”, instead it should say “font style (ctrl + B)”.It is already done for the tools on the left like pen or line, but it should be done for all buttons everywhere.This would be very handy to incrementally learn all miro shortcuts.

    Option for Talktrack to record visuals as permanent, not board dependentOpen

    Currently: If I record a demo of how to use the board, I need to keep any elements I’ve used as examples on the board, or else they are invisible in the demo.Problem: ‘Example’ objects disappearing from Talktrack video if I delete them after the recordingSolution: Offer two options: 1. keep the exact recording, OR 2. maintain permanence with the board.----Thanks for listening 💛

    Selecting an existing ClickUp Task to bring into onto a Miro Board works but the Convert from Miro stalls out for me. The issue seems to have something to do with the Assignee selection which spins but never resolves:

    Convert Miro Mind Map entry to a TaskOpen

    WISHRight click on a Miro Mind Map entry. From Drop down menu click on “convert to Task” to convert that entry into a task.Right Click on Miro Mind Map root entry; From drop down menu, click on the "List of Tasks"  entry and get the list of Tasks in that Mind Map.

    Rest API: Find all boards that are not assigned to a project.Open

    We would use such a functionality for a script that checks which user has boards that are not assigned to a project. This would help to organize boards and keep a team organized and easy to clean-up.

    Talktrack feature wish: Trim and stitch videosOpen

    Currently: If I make a mistake in my TalkTrack, I have to completely re-record. This takes aaaaaages to complete (too many multiple takes).And is why I continue to use Loom for my recordings because it lets me remove rubbish parts of my recording, plus pull in sections from other recordings to make a complete (better!) videoSolution: Enable ‘Trim’ (to delete parts of a video that are rubbish, skipping to the next part of the recording), and preferably ‘Stitch’ (bring in a recording from another video to enhance the current one). ---Thanks for listening 💛

    Add shortcut keys for all default toolsOpen

    Generally, I love Miro.The one thing which I really don’t love, is having to mouse click so much to switch between tools.Switching from pen to smart draw and back, changing colors, thicknesses, etc. would be much faster (at least on desktop) if there were keyboard shortcuts.Additionally, adding shortcuts to the tools will allow pen tablets (huion, wacom, etc.) to work much better with Miro.There are already some more requests for more specific shortcuts but it would be great to just have everything accessible from the keyboard.
