    Hotkey for closing opened cardOpen

    Hello I was wondering if we could get a hotkey for closing opened cards. Right now the escape key works for closing menus like the pen tool and I was wondering if that functionality could be added to an open card panel.

    SCIM improvementsOpen

    We recently implemented SCIM in our org to provision users and groups from Entra ID to Miro. Compared to other tools the SCIM implementation is quite unusuaSupport for creating and deleting teams We’re provisioning our departments (which are groups in Entra ID) as teams in Miro. In our company we typically see 5-10 new departments or removal of existing departments per year. With the current SCIM implementation for groups we need to delete obsolete teams (departments) in Miro and create new ones manually in order for SCIM to sync the members. This seems counter intuitive for an automation such as SCIM. Our experience shows that manual steps are usually forgotten. The SCIM sync should hence support creating and deleting teams. Modifyable team name If the name of a group in Entra ID changes and is synced to Miro only the display name of the team is changed, not the team name itself. While there may be valid use cases for this behavior our company does not need the attribute display name. We always want the team name to reflect the Entra ID group name. As a compromise it would be valuable if admins could set the team name via SCIM. externalId attribute for users and groups Email addresses and group names are not immutable and change frequently, an ID does not. Hence it would be valuable to have a SCIM attribute “externalId” where we could write the Entra ID object ID. This attribute could henceforth be used as matching attribute. SCIM ID should be part of the CSV export of all teams We were facing the challange that many of the 170 teams were renamed recently. This rename was not reflected in the display name of the teams which prevented us from matching them with Entra ID groups. As we did not find a reference connecting a team in the web GUI with a team in the SCIM API we had to open a support ticket to receive this data. This is basically the case for every company which has ever renamed a team, creating unnecessary work on our side and your side. Besides that to us was not clear why teams have different IDs on the web and in the SCIM API.

    Better Admin ControlsOpen

    As the company admin I want to be able to access any board created by a team member and manage access rights on that board.  It sometimes happens that someone prepares a board for a workshop but then doesn’t give the appropriate access to others - or they get sick and someone else needs to take over.  Currently there is no way for me to do this without asking the current board owner to change access rights. Duplicating the board is sometimes a workaround but not if we’ve already sent out board links to participants.

    Connect multiple parent nodes to a single child nodeOpen

    I love the ease of creating mindmaps, especially with autoalign but I miss the option of connecting  multiple parent nodes to a single child node.Often, I find myself in the situation that multiple branches end in the same “conclusion”. I’m currently using regular connections as a work around, but they do not work as seamless with autoalign as I would wish.Thanks in advance!

    Auto-resize text in shapes not just stickysOpen

    I do not use flow cards or diagramming shapes as text does not auto-size as the shape is resized. I just use stickys.

    The existing template is ok, but does not address the true needs of project management.Work package items should be added by plus and auto-positioned below the box where you’re adding a new item. Parent-child relationship between items should be defined Individual box should have the option to display structured data on the box, not just when expanding in sidebar WBS item “ID” structured field WBS item “Costs” field WBS item to have attachments option

    Turning Off Private Mode for Board EditorsOpen

    I am on an education plan and have been using Miro with my students, who are board editors. They often turn on private mode and hide collaborators' cursors. It would be very helpful if, as the board owner, I could disable private mode so that students, while they are still editors, cannot turn it on. While I understand there's a workaround, having this feature directly would be beneficial.Thank you!

    PDF exportsOpen

    Guys, everytime I export multiple frames as a PDF they are jumbled in a new way!Even when the frames are numerical in order.Please address this as it will literally save me 2-3 hours every time and would save me resorting to using SmallPDF to reorganise it all.

    Interactive BackgroundOpen

    I would love to have interactive templates like maybe one with flowers. As you want to add sticky notes , you can place then on a petal and it can fall a little bit as it’s places. I think that would be super cool! I also think if someone would like to be able to unlock or change any ideas you have, they should go have like a pop quiz of questions and whoever gets all of them right could have that power to edit an idea.

    Is view only property on board responseOpen

    Hi,It would be really useful with a property that reflect if the board is View-only or not. The policies isn’t enough for this.In our app, we modify the board when the user selects it. If the board is view-only, we won’t be able to modify it, and an error is returned. For what I can see in the docs and responses, there exists no such property today. Thanks!

    Miro Mind map android app - solid colour fill missingOpen

    Hi, I'm using the miro mind map feature on both the web and also using the android app. On the web I can fill a text bubble with a background colour as there is the option available. However, on the app there is only the option to colour the text and not the background of the bubble. This is very frustrating as I use automation to create a flow depending on the background colour of the bubble! Please could this feature be added to the android app? kind regards,Matt

    Collapsible Headings or FoldersOpen

    I would love to have a folder in the board where I could store related documents, pdfs, images, etc. without having to upload them into the board. But still be present for other collaborators to easily access.Similarly, being able to have a collapsible frame or heading just like in a Microsoft Word outline allowing you to control what you can see at a time and reducing load time for large projects.

    Boards Picker - Add API to manage allowed domains or add wildcard support for allowed domainsOpen

    We use the boardPicker in our software to allow clients that use the Miro service to embed their boards in our application. This is great, thank you. The problem is that we have many clients accross many domains using one private Miro app. We automate the deployment of our software, but have a manual step to include the new client domain in our Miro App so they can use the board picker.One of the following would solve our problem, we have no preference in which you choose:Create an API endpoint so that we can manage the allowed domains list Enable all subdomains of the whitelisted domains in the boards picker allow list Support wildcard expression for domains in the boards picker allow list (*.my-domain.com)

    Post-it note colour paletteOpen

    Hello Miro Team. A bigger choice of colours for post-it notes would be a great feature. It seems like the current palette has not evolved for many years and it is very limiting. Competitor products like Mural offer a good range of default colours, plus customised colours - as per the inserted image. It would be great to have at the very least light, medium and dark values for key colours in the colour spectrum. Hopefully this is already in development and will be released soon.     Adding audio and video files to the boardOpen

    Adding audio and video files to the board is essential for having a proper lesson with my students. I hate using cloudshare or google drive to attach smth to the board. Other even much simplier boards have this feature. I like just dragging the file from my source to the board AND THERE T IS! The same with the videos.

    Ability to prevent users from creating Projects but not BoardsOpen

    So we have a fairly large environment that can get unruly fast. I’d like to prevent non-admins from creating Projects, while still allowing them the ability to create Boards. At the moment, they can only be prevented from creating Assets, which bundles Boards and Projects together.

    Color Code and Various StylesOpen

    If Miro came with colored sticky notes you could mark who you will allow access to, it would be amazing. If this is included, the public will comprehend what information is pertinent to them. I would really like to see Miro include the faces of everyone you provide access to as Emojis to enhance user friendliness. Give users the option to change the background's color or graphic settings. I consider Miro to be a simplified version of Microsoft Excel since it greatly simplifies the process of making charts. Miro's visual appeal will increase with the addition of certain features.

    Microsoft Planner + MIroOpen

    Hi, we need to see our Microsoft Planner as a Miro mind map tree. This is very usefull when you do Strategic Planning for the company or for a specific department of the company.Every column of the MS Planner Plan is an arm of the MIro mind map tree. So every time we create a task in MS Planner, we can see it in the Miro tree. Every time a task is done, the Miro tree can color with a different color, filter to see all the tasks, only undone tasks, etc.Thank you.Roberto

    Participants can only see their own sticky notesOpen

    I have created a effort v value priority board, i want the developers to be able to place their sticky notes in the appropriate place on the board without seeing where other developers have placed their tickets.So the lesser experienced, confident developers are not bias by the more experienced ones. Once everyone has placed their sticky notes on the chart, I can reveal all in the meeting.If not possible for stickies, or it’s easier to do frames, I could create 4 identical frames but again, a user would only see their own frame.

    Move boards to new team when belonging to someone elseOpen

    I cannot move boards from one team to another when they belong to someone else.I cannot perform this being an admin. There are workarounds like export and import. But then we create a new board and lose the link.I also cannot delete the user and receive the boards this way, because the board and user persist.

    以前できていた、ダッシュボード上のおすすめテンプレートの非表示が6月のアップデート後にできなくなった。画面の３分の１程度占めており、またここから新しいボードを作成することもない。ですので、以前のように利用者毎にに非表示にできるようにしてほしい
