When you organize your frames in the frames panel to be show in the right order, it would really help if you could group frames - maybe similar to how you add section in Microsoft PowerPoint.
This way when you have to move an exrecise (comprised of multiple frames) to another place in your timeline, you can easily move the content to the right place.
Just to clarify - I am not talking about organizing the frames on the board, but organizing the frames in the frames panel that you can activate on the left, and run your session from.
