I’d like to request that Miro restore the legacy presenter transition behavior, or provide it as an optional mode in Presentation Mode. For years, I built my presentations around smooth panning and fly-through transitions between frames and concepts. That motion was not just cosmetic — it was a core part of how I structured and delivered my work. It made presentations feel connected, engaging, and distinctly Miro. This is now urgent for me because I have over a dozen slides/frames built around that capability, and I have an upcoming talk next week that depends on this presentation style. The newer static presentation experience materially disrupts that workflow and makes much of my existing work far less effective as designed.I also want to note that this approach had broader value beyond my own use. After previous talks, several people reached out asking how I built those slides, and some started using the same style themselves. That suggests this capability is valuable to more than just one workflow — it helps people create presentations that are memorable, interactive, and easy to follow.I completely understand that product direction evolves, but removing this behavior without an option to preserve it creates a real regression for long-time users. I respectfully ask that Miro either bring back the legacy transition behavior or add a toggle so users can choose between static slides and the smoother, more dynamic presentation style.
Checkboxes simplified. It would be great to have checkboxes that I could just click on and put a “check” or remove it. It would also be great to be able to fully customize them(font, side, colour, vertical or horizontal layout,…)
It would be helpful to select multiple cards on a Kanban board, e.g. when moving or deleting. Have tried selection box and holding key modifiers, but nothing seems to work.
When adding a new card to a Kanban column, focus shifts to the card above. Expected behaviour would be shifting to the newly created card.
We would like to embed a notion page within Miro, much like how Google Docs are embeddable, and editable. For now, we would have to embed either a link which takes the user off the Miro (and suffers from being not that high-bandwidth, i.e. its hard to know what the Notion link is going to). OR, we can copy the data into Miro. However, Notion’s tools for tables and some other content arrangement tools are quite nice, so it would be great if Notion → Miro embedding was supported.
Websites like dribble convert images to .webp files to optimise load speed. When creating a moodbard it is annoying to have to convert each one to JPEG or PNG to add to Miro.
Please make it so that you can export multiple frames at once as pngs (not PDF) while preserving the frames naming convention. Instead of having to click into each frame, hit the three dots, hover over share and export, then click Export as image – that is a lot of steps for one png. For my workflow, we need to export up to 100 of these at once sometimes and it takes hours. One click would be so nice! Reiterating the naming convention aspect, at my company we also rename every frame (very tedious) so that the exported png populates with the correct name on our end. This would be an important aspect to keep in mind when it comes to exporting multiple pngs at once.
Miro is fantastic on a massive screen. It’s like you can see, arrange and rearrange your mind in 2d. The bright background and colours work well for feeling energised, fresh, and productive early in the day. For those of us who get more done during the night, however, the brightness can feel glaring and have the opposite effect, causing fatigue, especially with extended use.It feels like a godsend to night-owls that the software industry is finally recognising our needs with dark mode being added to everything. While the implementation would understandably be no small task, I, for one, would greatly benefit from dark mode being added to what has become a fantastic tool in my work and lifestyle.Thank you for Miro, and the Wishlist,Walter
When Copying the board link and pasting it into an email or chat it displays as a long string of code rather than the title of the board. This is true if copied from the Desktop App or chrome browser. But if copied from the Edge Browser the pasted link will display the board title in the link which is a much nicer user interface especially because I like to use the app so I can just search the board directly rather that click the link and then be directed to the browser open the board get the name and then open the board in the app
This should be please somewhere in the menu and not permanently on the top of the frames list.Thank you.
Ability to show table column headers as labels on cards and to arrange the card tag layouts. Ability to automatically visually link cards that are highlighted captured as dependencies in the table (through is blocked by type columns).
In other apps, when you hold the shift button, it allows you to draw a straight line. The ability to do this will be quite handy, as I find the line tool very restrictive in some cases (as it always tries to snap to points). In a lot of cases, I just want to draw a line that isn’t wonky.
As an user I want to change the background color of my widgets to a gradient fill so that I can show depth and directional control over the elements.
the Miro 2025/6 annual calendar is great. where is the 2027 version?
please allow Cmd + Shift + V to paste unformatted text in macbook. It only works on the web version but not on the desktop one
Appears there is no ability to group a table with a shape (rectangle). Intention is to create some colour visibility on tables as they can be quite visually hard to view on some boards. No ability to set an outline colour for a table object. Found you cannot add a rectangle shape to add a splash of colour to the table outline so it can be easily found on a board. It would be ideal to be able to set a color so that it could also be dynamic based on how big or small the table is. I want to use specific colours so it can stand out on a board for visual management.
