Miro needs the options to change from American (US) English. American English is not the only English. There should be at minimum the option to choose British (UK) English. And at best take a leaf out of Apple and provide Australia, Canada, Ireland, India, New Zealand, Singapore and South Africa English

I am so sick of having to correct s from z. Prioritise. Organise. Particularly when using Miro Assist - it writes great copy but it’s full of typos for anyone outside of the USA.

More countries write in a derivative of British English than American English. Only Americans use American English.

I know it’s hard for Americans to understand this, but other countries do exist!

I am just adding a please to this request :-)

It would be most gratefully included

I really hope more people see this idea. I can’t be the only non-American struggling with Americanised spelling.

Yes please. Searched for this out of frustration!  All the Englishes please! Please prioritise!

Hi everyone,

Thank you, Steve, for your feedback, and to everyone who has contributed to this discussion. We understand how important it is to have language options that reflect the diverse ways English is used around the world.

We appreciate your continued input and will keep monitoring this request. We'll be sure to update you if there are any new developments from the team.

Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!

It’s puzzling @Eca, considering the global nature of Miro Software that it would take votes to cater to English speakers outside of the USA, rather than it just be a default consideration as part of software development and accessibility considerations.

Hi @BurtyC

Thank you for your feedback! I understand your frustration, and I appreciate your thoughts on this matter.

While feature requests do go through a voting process to help the team prioritize them, your point about global inclusivity is well taken. I’ll make sure this sentiment is passed along to the product team.

In the meantime, please keep an eye on this thread for updates, and thank you again for sharing your perspective!

Any more updates?

British English please!  As a developer I know this should be a really easy one to implement.
