    Adding text into link boxesOpen

    For linking boards (and other examples where text would be needed), it would be great if there was a checkbox option to add text (or a label) when adding a link. This would save time separately adding a text box

    Editing Hyperlinked TEXT contentOpen

    After a text-string is “hyperlinked,” the user is not able to EDIT that text-string to either add/remove text or punctuation without breaking the hyperlink. Please create function/feature allowing users to “EDIT” any hyperlinked text-string content while maintaining the hyperlink.Thanks.

    select special type in mass selectionsOpen

    As a user I want mark all objects of a special type in a certain area in order to switch some properties for all instances of that type. Example: I have some notes, connected by arrows. I want to mark all notes to change size or color. Unfortunately if I select the area, the arrows are marked as well and changes for notes not possible.

    Like in PureRefs (https://www.pureref.com/), having the possibility to resize all the images sort inside a frame at the same size (based on the vertical or horizontal size of the first image for example):Like this frame (which was done by hand):

    Change music while timer still activeOpen

    I really like the timer and music function that provides background sounds/tunes, but one suggestion. Could you allow for board owners/presenters the ability to switch sounds/songs while in the same time period? We have run 10-minute deep dives for some heads down focused input work, and to have the same tune replay over and over grew to be distracting.

    Access to comments via REST API + webhooksOpen

    Currently, we do not have access to comments on a board via the rest API. We do not have anyway to asynchronously poll for new/updated comments. What we need:Ideal: A webhook that notifies us of new or updated comments on a board  Tolerable: Comments accessible via REST api (potentially as a widget if necessary)  Also acceptable: Notifications API access or webhook

    With Mind map tool, ability to switch text boxes to Cards. This will allow for more content to be created per node while keeping the tree clean. There are more benefits, but hopefully that's clear.

    Back and forward navigation for internal board linksOpen

    We have Miro boards that have internal links (using the ‘link to’ and ‘insert link’ options). It would be really nice if we could have a back and forward button (or some key combination) to move back and forward in the ‘browse’ history. as now it is quite easy to loose your bearings in a big board.

    PIN-protected "show frame" featureOpen

    I would love to have the possibility to hide frames and and protect them with a PIN-code or password.So participants could reveal the hidden frames themselves, if they know the correct code. This could come in handy for some gamification aspects I am working on.As far as I know, hidden frames can only be shown by board-owners and co-owners. Rgrds Said

    Comments/cards sync with Meeting NotesOpen

    To have comments and cards automatically be created in the Meeting Notes, with notifications sent to the individuals who are tagged, and integrations into their Google calendars if due dates/deadlines provided - they can go into GCal as Tasks.

    Excel and Miro compatibilityOpen

    Would be great to have better compatibility with excel - i.e. conditional formatting, formulas to allow results from MIRO meetings to be imported in to excel sheets .  Making the use seamless between both platforms

    Higlighter markerOpen

    It would be great to be able to adjust the opacity of the highlighter marker !When used to highlight text on scanned PDF’s it is way too solid hand hard to see through. As an added feature it would be brilliant if the highlighted area would also automatically appear in a seperate area outside of the highlighted document. And the zoom level of the highlighted area could be adjusted. Thanks !

    Hi, I’m trying to build a Porfolio view of our Epics in Miro. We use Targetprocess and Azure Devops as our daily ALM tool, so would like to embed the roadmap views found in these system into Miro - so that any stakeholder can log into the Miro screen and see the latest status of the projects in those systems. Is this possible? is there a workaround without having to maintain a seperate roadmap in Miro and just integrate it from those systems?

    Allow anyone, or just admins, to right-click on an object to see which participant added or created it.  Mural allows this already, and this would be extremely useful both during and after sessions

    It wouldn't be a big leap to enable Miro to be a platform for building virtual worlds (like Gathertown, Topia,io, and Sowork).  1. Instead of the arrows and name, create an option to have a name and a small avatar.2. An option to use the cursor keys to move around3. You already have URLs for each object, so "teleporting" would be easy4. Add complex shapes like furniture and room items5. Add attributes to the furniture and room items 6. Add permissions to frames so they can behave more like rooms...and so on...

    Allow iframe embedding of private boardsOpen

    We would love to be able to embed miro boards into our internal team knowledge base, but don’t want to make boards public. An iframe of a private board should prompt the user to log in to miro.

    Ability to Export Table to Clipboard in Windows for Pasting to Other Applications (Excel, Wiki, OneNote, etc)Open

    It is frustrating that we are unable to highlight a Table, select the Copy option on the menu, and then navigate to another application to paste the contents out in a way that enables editing elsewhere. Our use case is where a Consultant is working with several different organisations, one of which is a Government client who have a secure environment. We use Miro as the collaborating environment and produce a Table object that contains rich formatting and grows over time as an artefact. The Government team want to have an editable version in their secure system for updating and then copy that back out to Miro. They do not have the ability to acces Miro from within their secure environment. So the table would be the artefact they update in the background. A PDF vector image does not provide editability, and the table can become lengthy. Embedding Miro to the secured network is not accessible. It would be ideal to be able to simply Copy the table and then paste out the table to another application, even rendering a Table in HTML. Looking behind the code, though, I can see the implementation uses DIVs and SVG at a granular level so I’m guessing rendering back a table might be a bit of work. Here’s an animated GIF to highlight

    Replace or Add Image ConfirmationOpen

    Can we have a feature, if an item is selected while trying to paste, the board asks if we would like to “Replace or Add New”? Although we like the “Replace Selection” option, we find that we keep accidently “Replacing” instead of “Adding New”.​

    Bring back the old lasso precisionOpen

    Please bring back the old precision when selecting objects using a lasso. With the recent change the precision has been reduced to ~1% which means any container objects, connectors , etc. get selected which has made the lasso unusable.  Most slides have objects drawn within standard shapes drawn for acting as container, when you move those objects within the container, the outside shape(s) automatically get selected which is super annoying and has broken the standard behavior which users are used to over decades coming from several such apps. I don’t see the value of making this change, given the old way was perfect. Please consider reverting it or providing an option to adjust the precision by end-users.
