    Kanban - attach a fileOpen

    How about the ability to attach a file to a card in Kanban.  Currently we can only add text, but with being able to attach images/docs, makes a Kanban board very ineffective

    Rejoin voting when closed by mistakeOpen

    We’ve had this issue a number of times, when a voting has started if somebody leave the vote (by closing it by mistake) there is no way for them to rejoin it.This has also been an issue when a board administrator has left it and is unable to rejoin it to continue to see the results.There is a time at the top, but whenever that is clicked on it brings up the screen to create a new session or view results.This has caused issue with multiple votes being created on the same objects and having to restart and wait for old votes to stop.I’d like to be able to click the voting icon and re-join any voting that is in progress.

    Could you please allow to download more that one pdf/doc at a time? Maybe by showing a “download” option in the toolbar after having marked several documents?

    Integration with GliffyOpen

    Would love for Miro to have an integration with Gliffy - which many of our teams are using to creating diagrams on Confluence.  The ability to create a Gliffy diagram and edit it within a Miro board would be ideal.

    DataStudio integration | In MiroOpen

    The ultimate thing that I would love to watch implemented at Miro, would be something like Google Sheets integration, but with DataStudio. Please make my wish come true, this will be very helpfull for so many people! Anyone want’s to have Data Studio altogether with miro?

    Icons of show have access to a boardOpen

    I recently removed someone from a team but I wasn’t sure if they still had access to certain boards or not because of past sharing. Before figuring out how to drill down to see who has access via the share button, I ended up removing their account from my plan just to be safe. It was a frustrating process. I have two suggestions:The board icons in a project/team should show the avatars of the people who have access to the board. I want to be able to quickly glance at a board and know confidently who have I shared this with (public links, team members, certain individuals, etc.). Add in a new option to the kebab menu called “Access & Permissions” to boards so we can quickly remove or add users. It did not feel intuitive to click on Share → Share Settings (link at the bottom of the modal) to get to the mange access/permissions screen. We do a lot of confidential strategy work in Miro and Miro has made it easy to collaborate with people but difficult to end the collaboration with certainty.

    Better insight into what content a user ownsOpen

    Even when a user doesn’t own any boards projects or templates, Miro still shows the warning that they still own content. This might be a bug or if not then it would be useful to be able to view a summary of the user's content directly.  also see the previous discussion thread: https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/removing-users-what-content-do-they-have-7833?postid=33236#post33236

    Flippable Sticky notesOpen

    In some cases it would be nice to be able to flip a sticky note, that the text would not be visible to others. In a brainstorm process you could then for example already attach notes to certain elements without others to know what you wrote. For presentation the focus would stay on the revealed note and not on other notes and you do not need to pull notes from another space in miro where no one is looking but could simply flip them.

    Grading Students on E-Learning CourseOpen

    I am designing an e-learning course with participants from across the world (and different timezones). I am considering using MIRO as a platform of choice.I would like to build a Grading Assessment system for the participants based on inputs from 2 sources -  Trainers Peers (other trainees)The combined assessment shall function as a Rubric and calculated Grade Score shall be available for the Trainees at the end of the course. Is there any template for such an assessment system in Miro or does one have to build one in Excel and import it into as an external object? Gupta-jee

    blurring background out sight of frame in presentation modeOpen

    The most fascinating thing when create/ present in the unlimited board is how the non-linear free thoughts connect together, then here comes the situation, you create frames for different slides but some element belongs to different frames when the narrative moves on, and you don’t want to copy/paste things like what you did before in powerpoint/google slide etc, Moreover, you don’t want to reveal every thing when present to others, it looks messy. So if you could just blur everything out of frame or make it a lightbox style in every current frame, that would be a level-up function in my opinion. TKS

    Smaller Bulk Sticky SectionOpen

    Bulk adding is awesome but I usually riff on an idea that is on my board.  I would like to be able to see the board while bulking.  Possibly a smaller sidebar to bulk add or just a smaller bulk add window.I’m aware that I can enter these in a spreadsheet but that interrupts my flow. Thank you for considering.PS - Custom sticky colors would be awesome as well! I’m thinking of a quick way to create a sticky  legend based on color as well…probably should treat these as separate wish list items…PPS - I don’t know what category to put this in.

    Interactive Display - adding frames - no logic to where the appear on the screenOpen

    hello,when i use an interactive display, if you add a sticky note, the note goes on to the screen where you press the screen, that is correct and works wellwhen you add a frame, you are not given the opportunity to press the screen to show where you want the frame, there doesn’t seem to be a logic to where the new frame will appeardepending on how zoomed out you are and the colour of the new frame, it can be a bit of a search to find the new frame thanks

    Customize Timer (location, size, etc.)Open

    Could it be possible for me to move the clock to where I want it?  When I run workshops I want to be able to move it on my screen to the center of the board and perhaps even make it bigger so attendees can clearly see the clock on my “shared” screen during virtual events.  With the clock in the corner now or even when it was at the bottom, sometimes get’s lost.Would then be cool if I could set it back to the default position when I do not need to bring attention to it. Thanks

    The selection lasso should be always available in the main menu (not hidden in the pen sub-menu) because it is frequently used and not related only to the pen (can be used for anything). There is no reason to hide it in the pen sub-menuThank you

    Ability to Link from a grouped componentOpen

    At the moment it is impossible to use the Link To option on elements that are grouped. I should be able to have grouped elements and link to a frame in the miro board for example.

    Changing the width/length of multiple shapes or columns/rows at once.Open

    When using a swimlane you are not able to adjust the height of all the swimlanes at once to make them even. Right now all you can do is have them auto adjust which makes some lanes bigger or smaller than other or you can adjust each one manually. However, when you adjust it manually, there are no blue line indicators that pop up (like it does when creating shapes) to indicate that your swimlanes are all the same size. You should be able to adjust all swimlane widths/lengths to be the same or at the very least be able to manually change them all but have and indictor when they are even.As a second notation to this, there is only a template for a horizontal swimlane and I would like to see a template for a vertical swimlane as well. I have also found it more helpful to build a swimlane template using shapes rather than a table feature for my lanes. This way I can get the sizing indicators.

    Accessibility Improvement: Short Click vs Long Click Delay Setting/Preference or Change in BehaviourOpen

    A Coworker of mine with a disability was having issues resizing a box. After some troubleshooting I found out the issue was the fact that my coworker uses a trackball mouse and a macro “click and drag” key. The time between pressing the “click and drag” button and actually moving the mouse could be a good 2-3 seconds at which Miro identifies this as a long click.Possible solutions (Only suggestions. You guys know your products better than I do!)1) I’m not sure if long presses are needed when resizing an object. Miro could make it so that the software doesn't care how long you hold down the resize “nub” before moving the mouse cursor. Currently if you click and hold the resize nub for a second or two then try and move your mouse nothing happens (compared to clicking and quickly dragging)2) A way for the user to set the delay of what a long click is. This could be useful if my coworker wants to use the long click and drag select feature and would solve the issue of being unable to resize objects due to software things. Ex. Coworker can set the time to 4 seconds for a long click which is ample time for them to click, move their hand, then move the mouse cursor. If they need to long click then they can click, move their hand, wait an extra second or two then move the mouse cursor.3) Third option is both can be fixed as maybe the 1st point is unintended/edge-case and the 2nd point can be useful to people but I’m not an expert.Currently the workaround is for my coworker to press the macro key and try and move the mouse cursor in under a button (can only use one hand with limitations).Let me know if you have questions or want to reach out to my coworker

    I’d like to submit an idea for a Master - Child template.  This is the context: I create a Master Template I use the Master Template for a specific project As I update the master template, the additions e.g. sticky note shows up on the child template i.e. the specific project and alert me to update those new additions e.g. sticky note etc.Is this a feature that is available today?

    I would like to be able to copy and paste a text with its highlightOpen

    A have a board which is a my to do lists. I have a frame and inside it a to do list in a texte frame for each project/topic. I asign colors to these text frame according to the emergency/importance of the project/topic and inside it I prioritize the task by changing order and asigning highlignh colors to each task. But when I change the priorities, I copy paste the texte, for example from the bottom to the top of the list, but every time, if there was a highlight color, I have to put it again. It would save me time if it would be possible to copy and paste the texte and the highlight together without having to highlight it again. Thank you!

    Expand Teams bar to see full nameOpen

    As an internal coach I have access to dozens of Miro teams. Icons are nice, but it would be more helpful for differentiating these teams if I could expand the teams bar on the left so that I can see the team’s full name.
