Renew access link to a board to reuse it several times with different partners

Hi @Olaf Hars! I don't quite understand what you mean by copying the board, re-importing it into the folder?

Also, about renewing the access link: Do you mean  being able to have multiple links for the same board? That would definitely be helpful!

If you are sharing the board with “named”, paid, full access users, you can remove and access to the board without the need to change its URL.

If you are sharing the board using the Visitor access method, you could add a password to it and just change the password when you wish to remove access from some past users.

@Kiron Bondale Great points as usual Kiron! Since passwords aren't available on Free plan, I still think multiple links might be a good thing, depending on how it's implemented of course. 😊
