Uploading videos such as .MOV formats would be incredibly useful. Especially when videos are small and don’t require platform uploads such as youtube/vimeo. Could this be a function in the future?
As simple as that: I would like to set multiple people per card. Why? In our team, we like to pair and we would like to reflect that on our visual management board.
We use cards a lot, however sometimes we want to assign more than 1 person to them so rather than using the assignee we have to use tags - it would be great if it was possible to assign multiple people to 1 card.
At the moment, a card can only be assigned to 1 person. Please allow a card to be assigned to multiple people
I’m relatively new to Miro but as far as I can tell – there is no way to place a curved connection line that has a singular radius point. I’m not exactly sure how the geometry is derived, but I see 3 points when I create a curved line in Miro and it has a sharper curve and not the broad arch I am looking for (I create curved edge networks, so the gradual, graceful line – second image below from your competitor – is helpful for connecting nodes). Is there a library or plugin that offers this or is it on the roadmap? Thank you.not preferred:preferred:
Would love to have a Widen DAM integration to bring assets from our DAM into Miro
I’d love to see an area on the bottom of my page that could be a blank palette with spots to drag objects to. When an object I made (a certain shape, color, edge color, size, angle, etc) is dragged there, it becomes a button to create more of that object in the future. This would allow for faster “on the fly” work and fewer clicks to get more done. It’s also a path to getting common company-specific objects loaded for everyone within a company.
Hi!It would be great if we could have stopwatch, a timer going up (0:00, 0:01, 0:02, 0:03, etc.) instead of a countdown timer. For some exercises, we need to measure how much time does it take to finish a specific activity.Currently, our workaround is starting the timer at, say 10 minutes, and when we’re done, calculate the elapsed time by substracting from 10 minutes. Can you please add a stopwatch timer?Thank you!! :-)
It would be nice to be able to sort the teams, like in an alphabetical way, or amount of boards, users. Now the sort order on page [https://miro.com/app/settings/company] is unclear and it appears to be “jazzy”.When you have a great amount of teams, being able to sort the data would sure come in handy. The [Active users] page (https://miro.com/app/settings/company/##########/users) has an option to sort the users so I wonder why the Teams page does not have this option (yet?).Thank you for picking this up.
Would like the ability to clear the text inside multiple shapes (rectangles/circles/etc) selected with one click instead of having to delete the text in each shape sequentially.
Hi! It would be great if you could add the ability to batch download all pictures from the board at once.
Hey, it would be great if the “align mechanism” would also work when in crop-mode for imported images. Thanks. I love Miro, best tool ever!
When cropping an image, it would be helpful if the moving handles snapped to nearby objects like resize does for example
It would be great to be able to use open applications on your desktop from within Miro.Like, you create a Frame (or similar type of object) which is a “portal”, a simple viewing window which allows you to interact with other application windows you have open on your computer. It would basically be a simple display of whatever front-end the application is showing. And then you could also interact with the application as usual, when your mouse is within that portal frame, or perhaps when the frame is selected. For example, if I have photoshop open on my desktop, the portal would look like this in Miro:Of course, the processing of the application would still occur natively on the desktop, and not within Miro. The portal would merely be a display of the open window (which updates in real time), with the ability to send mouse and keyboard data from Miro to that program.
please release Japanese version Miro will be more popular in Japan
Add link button that when you hover above it, it can be clicked which brings you to another section in the board. I wanted this as part of wireframe building of websites to similate me clicking on link and brining me to another view/page. The button could be a circular shape with opacity so it doesn’t take away from the content behind it. White transparent button that appears coloured with opacity when hover above it. Or it could be a field creation that only is active when that option is activated in the board. Additionally, it could be a feature that could get activated in presentation mode, that you could present and have the linking features active in that mode so the flow can be visualized without you having to look through the board zooming in and out non-stop.
I’d like to prevent users from uploading files (other than images, if possible), in order to reduce the risk of sensitive information being exchanged on miro boards. The download function can be limited with “Copy board content” setting, but I would like to have the ability to limit uploads as well. Thanks!
Being able to filter on ownership is nice, but it would still be valuable to have some kind of visual indicator on the board preview cards in the dashboard that clearly shows that you are the owner of a specific board. It could be a simple “OWNED BY YOU” pill as seen in the example image above.
Problem: My team members create boards that has ongoing progress. I would love to get notified when there are updates as part of my Miro notifications that get sent via email as if they were a board I owned. That way I can see when someone adds something new to the board without having to check history proactively since these updates can happen at any time. WishlistAs a user, I’d want to be able to follow boards someone else owns so I can get notifications when someone has edited the board. As a user, I want to be able to set how often I receive notifications by board (ex: high priority boards I want immediate updates; lower priority I want a couple times a week to weekly)
When I am adding a new symbol below the current one which is in a Swimlane object, AND there is another lane/row below it, then I expect the shape to be created in the lane below, e.g.: This goes beyond diagramming objects - in general, I find the space between the two objects being created (when creating a new one with a line automatically connecting them, i.e., using the blue arrow) to be too far. If I immediately drag it back closer to the parent/source object, please remember this distance when I create a new object using these “auto shape/blue arrow-thingy).
