Hi guys, I have the Google Drive App activated in my account (I deleted it and reinstalled it, but still no go) I am trying to have a google doc accessible on my Miro board. The share link is public (anyone with link can view)When I try to get the google doc on my board using the link I’m seeing this: I click on connect, then all I see is this: Where am I going wrong with this? Hi ,I logged into my Miro account yesterday and noticed that everything has been wiped out , including my boards and the teams associated with them. These boards contain very important client projects, and at the moment, they are completely inaccessible.I have checked thoroughly, including the Trash section, but there is nothing there. Even the project teams themselves seem to have disappeared.This is extremely concerning, as I cannot go back to my clients without access to their project data. It’s not something I can explain as a simple issue on my end, as everything appears to have vanished overnight.Could you please urgently look into this and help restore the missing boards and teams? We have created custom Miro App Cards with custom fields that have 2 functionalities. The first application is provided in the Miro app to insert a card that is populated with content from a AWS database. The second application is a custom card and the user inputs data in defined fields.Both cards when one is inserted, if a user copies the card the link is broken. The user can no longer open the details page for the card and edit any of the fields.Is there a solution to make sure the link does not break. I expect the user to open the details page for the data in the copied card and be able to update the fields if necessary. We are also capturing analytics about the cards that are used. If the card has a broken link we no longer are tracking analytics.Please share any solutions you have been able to solve for this issue.
Developer here. How can I embed a miro board into my webapp. Its just that as an educator I create a new board daily and want the app to fetch a board daily perhaps by name or I am not sure. I want to avoid coding in the new link every day.Thanks,Lefa
Hi everyone,It seems that something has changed in Miro’s licensing over the past few weeks. One of my boards, which I created a few weeks ago, includes certain features that I can no longer edit. When I try to use them, I now get a notification saying that an “Advanced License” is required. We have an Enterprise Plan.Has anyone experienced this as well or knows what might have changed?Also, does ZHAW actually have any of these Advanced Licenses, or would they need to be purchased separately?Thanks in advance for your help!

I’m using the template OKR Tracker and modifying it for my team. I’m able to add new records without any trouble, however I can’t figure out how to add new parent “Objectives” for the key results.There is no add button that I can find. Nor can I promote a record to an objective. Is this a feature that is locked?

I need to add an image or video in a cell (in table format) and then replicate that table as a monthly social calendar. Is there any way to do that?Right now, tables can only add text and not videos or images.
How can I see the AI transaction limit so that I can be choiceful as I am evaluating how to use this feature most effectively for my organization? I don’t see a way to identify what the monthly limit is in the FAQs or community forums nor anything in the UI when I go to use the features that shows a count down.The result is, having reached my cap quickly last month, I am a bit gunshy to use it too much this month to just experiment because I want to be able to show this in action to my teams and execs as I learn more about how I can imagine us using it.

Within a table you can specify a column to be a URL (and then optionally specify to allow multiple URL’s). At the moment when a URL is added, it’s shown with a grey background.It would be useful (at least to me) to have the ability for each URL to have a configurable colour.For context, I’m using a table to perform an audit of what documents exist for particular products. The various columns in the table represent the different types of documents eg. User Manual, Assembly Manual, Bill of Materials etc.If the document exists and has been approved, I’ll set the colour of the URL to be green. If the document exists and has not yet been approved, I’ll set the colour of the URL to be orange. If the document doesn’t exist, I’ll add a link to a task and set the colour to be red.Ideally I’d be doing all of this in a Document Management System, but it seemed like a good idea at the time to use a table in miro (or a spreadsheet).

Are there Rest endpoints available to work with Tables and Documents? i looked at https://developers.miro.com/reference/overview and did not see sections relating to Doc and Table manipulation. I did find I could see an object type “data_table_format” but cannot seem to do anything with it. If this api is not available, is it on the roadmap?THanks

I really need some help since i have my assignment attached to this Miro board and now I keep getting “Board Unavailable” whenever i try to open it, My Uni just migrated from using Miro global to Miro Australia which is why i think this has happened, except this is the only document that has been affected, my older documents i can open up completely fine.Any wisdom or help would be greatly appreciated!
