there have been questions regarding the security policies around MIRO , trying to get the answers of what would be best practices are being followed across other organizations as well in respect to security

I followed the simple instructions in this video here to get started with my App on Miro: The issue is that I can not find my app in the side bare even if I search for the app name. How can this be and how can I fix it? Would be great to get a feedback here :) I am using the Brave browser on windows if this is relevant. But Miro normaly works for me

API request https://api.miro.com/v2/boards gets 10000 boards but I have more (( How can i get ALL the boards?  

I am a hydraulic engineer, I want to define some hydraulic symbols in Miro. some thing like below pics. The auto connection points is more than 4, some of the symbols are 10 even more. Is there any tool or method to create those user defined symbols?for the symbols, those arrow start or end points are the place where I want have a auto connection points. thank you!

However, I cannot find any receipt or subscription-related details anywhere in my account, which is quite confusing.Therefore, I would like to cancel my subscription to ensure it doesn’t transition to a paid plan after the trial period. Hello,I’m experiencing a serious issue with one of my Miro boards, where I’ve been creating lesson materials for over a year. Today I opened the board (name: korean, owner: VoVa_16) and noticed that most of the frames with content have disappeared. I’m sure I opened the correct board (via Dashboard), but I can’t find any frames — neither by zooming out/in, nor via the Frames panel. I’m using the free version, so I don’t have access to Activity history or Version history. Please help me urgently to recover the lost or hidden content — it is critical for my work. Thank you in advance! Best regards,Vlad

Hello! Whenever we click the “copy link to share” or  “share - copy link” buttons from any templates, whether they be from the Miroverse or Miro’s standard templates, the links do not work. A url that looks like it should go directly to the template is generated but whenever anyone clicks on it, it just takes you to your dashboard or sign in page. It seems like this is a bug. Does anyone know what the issue is?

I accidentally gave the rights to my board to an extremely unfriendly person, after which I deleted all data from the board, but he restored it. The board contained not only important information about my developments, but also extremely personal information. I would like to find a way for you to view the history of the board's rights and permanently delete it without notifying the current owner, as they may copy it to their own account. Pls help, I beg you. You are my last hope.If necessary, I can actually prove that the information on the board belongs to me personally.

I have been trying to upload my new app icons (which I believe follow Miro’s App Icon guiddelines, but have been getting an error of “Error while parsing svg file: $cvc-complex-type.4: Attribute 'type' must appear  on element 'style'.”.  Any clue how I could go about resolving this? 

Everytime I try to enter "miro.com", it keeps taking me to the "set up a team" page. Even if i've already joined a team under my professor's files or if i've made fake teams for myself. Even when I keep selecting the options and “creating my team”, most of the time it's stuck on the "loading" page for some reason.Once i’ve entered miro.com (after creating my team), if I click on any links such as my profile page, it keeps taking me to the “set up a team” page.

I was writing a lot of ideas on board using anonymous account.  And i signed up to save the board but it just dissapeared. how do i recover it.

I cant access my white board and so cant see my other boards. I am able to log in but when logged in I can't see any boards just blank ones.

I am trying to create an Miro app which creates and populates code blocks. Is this even possible? Was not able to find in the documentation how to do this.If not, is there a work around like e.g. createing text blocks first and then using MiroAI to convert the text blocks into code blocks?

Hi, my name is Pablo. I am a Bachelor student, and have used Miro for my thesis. I had a very good experience. To export my images, I activated the business free trial. After that, I did not use Miro again. I forgot to cancel my subscription 12 hours overdue, and I did not use Miro since then, even not using it in the last few days. I literally do not have the money in my account to pay for this. HELP! Can my subscription be cancelled?

After updating my payment method i continue to get the red warning sign.  How can I make it go away?

I created an app that is web hosted with netlify for the web sdk and added it to the project team but I am not seeing it under the + button. Not sure why the navigation pane on the left keeps disappearing when I open a board.  Not thrilled with the new setup.  Also by default bookmark isn’t going to my group any longer then I have to search for the group.  These recent updates are not user friendly and making much harder to navigate.  I loved the way it was set up before.  Not an improvement from my perspective

Hi all,I found out that my plugin is doing quite well and I want to add more features. For that, I need an additional scope, that I haven't used yet. So naturally I wanted to edit the app and just set it. But I get an error, that this is not possible for published apps. How can I add the new scope in order to build new features? The new scope is identity:read, so that I know who the user is.

In the PI planning, we are facing lots of difficulties in case of showcasing efforts or storypoints on the Miro board. As the Miro board azure cards extension used for azure devops integration just supports certain fields and in which only for estimation/calculating/tracking efforts only “Story Points” is the field which can be used to reflect it on the Miro boards.If a work item in azure devops has “Story Points” as a field name, then it works fine and showcases that number on the Miro board but if the field is other than “Story Points” like “effort” or ”storypoint estimation” or for that matter any other field to measure the work, it does not work that is it does not show up on the miro board. It is really a pain while doing a PI planning, as in azure devops we make use of multiple templates which use different fields to measure the work based on the needs of our projects. So, its really becomes a cumbersome  task while we do our PI planning as the “Story Points” like fields do not s
