My board has endless loading. I tried to open it from different gadgets and browsers, but nothing helps. All other boards are OK. There is a problem with only one.

Hi,I have an issue: one board opens, but another one does not. I’ve tried reinstalling the app several times, but nothing has worked. Moreover, I’ve updated my iPad 11 (A16). I thought the problem was only on my iPad, but I also tried accessing the board from Safari on my iPhone 11, and it still doesn’t work. But I have access to the board that doesn’t open from my laptop.What should I do?

Hi everyone. I have a big issue. It seems to have a bug. For several weeks now, all the shapes I draw for years now on one of my board disapeared!!! What happen, I didn’t touch anythings. This is absolutly problematic as I need it for my job and they are now gone. Vincent

Hi, it seems the linkedin profile API is not working. What to do? I used to paste URLs in boards and get a profile pciture with direct link to profile URL and LI logo. Now it shows a login page. Using chrome latest version, while logged in in Linkedin.
Hello! We need to run an API to export all board data from my organization. It looks like we have eDiscovery enabled, however we do not see an option to generate the necessary access token.Nor do we see a Cases option from the following help article.Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
I have a quick question.When creating items via the API, I’ve noticed that it’s not possible to specify a group during the creation request.Ideally, I’d like to assign a group directly in the item’s request body, so that all items with the same group would automatically appear grouped in the Miro web UI.Is there any way to achieve this, or is the “create group” endpoint the only available option?Thanks in advance!

Hello, is it possible to get, or are there plans to expose the elements within draw.io diagrams to the miro api somehow? Currently I only get 1 object from a board with a draw.io diagram in it, and no real information about what is contained.
Hello community, I am a student and I started using Miro at my first internship, with a email account of that company. At the end of my internship (a year ago), I invided my private email to all of the Miro boards I had created during my internship. Now, a year later, I started my internship at a different company and now I would like to access my board that I have shared with my private email, but now those links don't seem to be working. Does anyone have an idea how I could still access those boards and would it help to get the paid version of Miro for my private email or would that not solve anything. Thanks for the help!

I have build a python script to connect through the Rest API to read objects in a process flowchart. I can read decesions with labels, and endpoints (no shape data or labels) but I cant get access to the connectors. Can you help please!
Right now, I am developing an app for my company that will allow the designers to display and read loot distribution data for our game quickly. However, it seems that Miro has cached an old version of the app and now even reads it from the wrong hosting URL. I’ve been using the Miro Planner app with Azure cards recently, and I’m curious what determines the sort order of items in a column in the Miro Planner? It doesn’t seem to reflect the Azure DevOps backlog order, and it doesn’t seem to update if I reorder items in a DevOps board.
Hi,Recently, I've been receiving a large number of emails from people requesting to join my team (on my business account). These individuals had attended workshops and were invited as Guest Editors to collaborate only during a specific session. They were never meant to become part of my paid team — their access was intended to be limited to that single session only.All of them were able to access the board through the shared link without any issues. They were not added as team members, and none of them reported any difficulty accessing the board using the invitation link.Despite this, I still received dozens of emails in a short time span (around 40 emails within just one minute from the same person) asking to join the team. This issue occurred with several different people.Could this be a bug on the platform? Or is there something they or me might be doing incorrectly?Thanks in advance for your support.
2 questions:1. To my knowledge, only the board owner can create a backup of the board.Is it possible to designate a co-organizer who can also create a backup?2. Our boards quickly become very extensive and are sometimes used by over 100 people. When so many people are actively working on a board, there is a high risk that objects and content will be accidentally moved or even deleted.We want everyone to be able to work on specific areas of the board and explicitly encourage them to add content. However, all other existing content on the board should not be changed. To this end, we lock this content. Nevertheless, it is often unlocked and changed.How can we ensure that content that should not be changed is better protected, but that participants can contribute content to other areas of the board?Thank you for your help.
