Hi,

I have an issue: one board opens, but another one does not. I’ve tried reinstalling the app several times, but nothing has worked. Moreover, I’ve updated my iPad 11 (A16). I thought the problem was only on my iPad, but I also tried accessing the board from Safari on my iPhone 11, and it still doesn’t work. But I have access to the board that doesn’t open from my laptop.What should I do?

HI ​@София Гайдукевич, thanks for reaching out! Since the board opens on your laptop but not on iPad or iPhone, it sounds like the issue may be device-specific. A couple of things you can try:

  • Clear the cache and cookies in Safari on your iOS devices.

  • If you’re using the Miro app, try logging out completely before reinstalling.

  • Make sure both the Miro app and iOS are updated to the latest versions.

If none of these help, I’d recommend sharing your case with Miro Support so the team can look into it more deeply.
