Hi everyone,Has anyone else noticed that Miro’s vector export option has stopped working? Over the past few weeks, the export settings seem to have changed, and now I can’t export any boards in a usable vector format. I keep getting the error message ‘An error occurred while exporting the board. Please try again.’Has anyone found a workaround or solution for this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I’m trying to count days from a start date to an end date to compare length of project to a standard that we try to stick to.  That way when calendar dates start to shift, I can quickly see if the project is going to be at risk of completing.

I would like to report a problem and find out what happened and how to fix it?. Since yesterday, the new AI plugin in Miro does not allow me to generate a table. What is my goal and what do I want to achieve? I select 30-35 objects (sticky notes) that contain observations from research. Then I prepared a prompt that previously allowed me to generate a table with 4-5 columns and assign sticky notes to the table format. And until now, it worked very well. Now it doesn't work at all. I mean, after entering the prompt, the system thinks and finally generates the view "No content to display" even though in the chat dialog window it gives or suggests that it has prepared a table and solution. How to fix it or restore the previous version of document creation with AI in Miro, which worked very well. Now it is very bad.

I have been working on a mindmap for the past few weeks. I just opened my mindmap again, and I noticed that changing the font and editing the text size isn't possible anymore. So, I thought it might be a bug, let's refresh everything, but nothing..Now, I'm almost CERTAIN this was possible the last time I worked on this. I went to check the FAQs, just to find out that this was never a possibility (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572094-Text).I'm seriously doubting my own mind atm. Have I missed something?Thanks!The last time I checked, I could also change the font, the size, alignment, etc. 

Hello Miro Community,Miro is great at presentations and maintaining the order inside its platform, however when the client wants a pdf copy of that presentation the whole experience goes to hell in a handbasket. There is a significant issue when attempting to export the presentation into a pdf. The order of the frames is jumbled randomly when exported. Additional programs are required to then put into order i.e. adobe, bluebeam, etc None of the solutions on Miro community work - I have tried them all! Inefficient - especially over something rather basic… page orderI have done everything from filtering to clicking each frame in the order I want the presentation to be without any resolve. Is it the size of the file issue? Is there a limit to how many frames the platform is capable of handling? Do we need to use a compliant/preferred browsers? HELPWhen it comes to the user group of architects and designers this is a real problem. A duplication of work and a cost to the client. Please come

Is it possible to assign a co-owner to a whole space instead of adding them board by board? Is there an higher-level permission that would allow this ?

I’ve just splashed out on a tablet to use for Miro. I have been using a Wacom pen tablet for years on Miro now and mostly it works very well, using it with a tablet and no keyboard seems a bit of nightmare at the moment…With a keyboard copying and pasting is easy. You find a pdf online or an image and you copy the image or the pdf link and paste into the board using ctrl+c, ctrl+v. How the hell do you do that without a keyboard?? Miro seems to only know how to paste Miro objects when I long press on the screen. A menu pops up with no option to paste! In fact, paste doesn’t seem to appear even if I copy an option from within the Miro board! I can duplicate, but not copy and paste.On a related issue, the embed tool doesn’t seem to be working very well either on touch screens… I’ve found it works on the the web browser version of Miro, but not on the windows app, it seems. Each time I click the tool it just flashes and closes immediately.Anyone have any thoughts about this? Thanks!

Hi guys, we are using the Miro Starter edition and we need an auth token to access the Miro Board API, but we are not sure how to create one. Is it possible to generate an auth token for the live environment while using the Starter edition? If yes, could you please share the correct steps?

I click in one place, but the cursor  is much higher than I click, I can’t interact with the objects properly at all!

This is more of a bug notification, as I figured out the workaround. Thought it might help others, as well as get it in the queue to fix.I have MIRO boards that I use just for demos. I use synced frames from other MIRO boards. I’m the owner on all of the boards involved. These generally have a lot of team members in them. The same problem was repeated in a private board, as well as the group demo.In the board, I added new frames, then went to reorder afterwards. I never use the “insert frame below” from the frame menu. The new frame would not move from the bottom of the frame order.I played around with it and figured out a solution, but it would be very frustrating if this was a larger presentation. For giggles, I attempted this again on another board and found the following repeatable steps:New frames only, I can rearrange frames without issue. Once I add a synced frame, that frame appears in the list as “Untitled”, even though it has a title in the original board, as well as the pres

I’ve lost the ability to change the node background colour - it doesn’t appear as an option anymore.Why has this been removed? Or has it been moved to somewhere else? Very annoying, when I’ve put together a whole mind map based on our corporate branding colours.

Hi all ., I’ve added numerous fields to the jira cards I have in a miro, but when I export the cards to excel it only exports that titles of the jira cards. I really want the key or other info as well… is there a way to do this??

Hello, I've encountered an issue on the website. My cursor is offset downwards. This happens in any browser. Clearing the cache didn't help. If I completely close the browser and reopen it, everything is fine for a while. But as soon as I minimize the browser or switch to another application, the problem comes back.I've attached a screenshot showing the offset. I'm not sure what else I can provide to help you investigate the issue, please let me know – I will provide it.(And yes, just to note, all my ad blockers are enabled).On the screenshot, the red dot is the actual cursor position, while the blue line shows where it is highlighting/selecting the area.

Please help!  We have a few professors who have all signed up (with their school email) for the free educator accounts.  We have all been granted access BUT all professors are being included in the same TEAM.  The website states for the free educator account that multiple teams can exist on the same domain. Due to the limit of 100 users, we are hitting our max with our students and all faculty on the same team. HOW DO EDUCATORS MAKE THEIR OWN TEAM, and not get stuck in the original team that was made by me?  

Hi everyone,I’m working with Arabic content in Miro, where the reading and visual flow is right-to-left (RTL).When I upload a PDF and use the “Extract pages” option, Miro automatically arranges all pages in a horizontal row from left to right. For Arabic use cases, I need the pages to be ordered from right to left, so that page 1 appears on the far right, page 2 to its left, etc.Right now, I have to manually reorder the pages every time, which becomes very time-consuming for large PDFs and presentations.My questions are:1) Is there any existing setting, plugin, or known workaround to automatically arrange extracted PDF pages in RTL order in Miro?2) How are other Arabic / RTL users handling this? There is an issue with the MSI variant:https://desktop.miro.com/platforms/win-nsis/Miro-no-updates.msiWhen uninstalling this, it does not delete the data from the Uninstall key, so the app remains in the Add/Remove Programs list.It seems this is the only way I can get this issue logged, I’m hoping a developer or employee sees this and can take action! Hi I’ve tried to access an old Miro board (via a free trial) but it says “No access to board, ask the board owner to grant you permission. You’re logged in as emmax@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx.” Then says I can Request Access or Switch user profile. When I try to request access, it says “if the owner approves the request, you will receive an email notification”. I am the owner, but I’m not getting a notification. How can I access my old board? Thanks!
