Hi, we’re working with with an external consultancy who have a business account in Miro. When we share our team with them, we are charged seats even though they already have paid memberships. How can we stop this double dipping?

Thanks, Pete

You can’t. That is Miro’s pricing model - even if someone is being charged against one Miro account, if they are granted full access to boards in a different Miro account, that account will be charged for their usage.

The only way around this is to share the board with them as an anonymous guest editor - since they are already a Miro user, they will show up with their real names, but they will be limited in what they can do compared with a normal full access user.
