Is there any other way for teams for silent brainstorming besides the bulk function?

@Hanka Nagel - There is currently no “private mode” in Miro.

One work around if you are looking to create sticky notes is open a spreadsheet application (Excel, Google Sheets etc.), type in your ideas, and then select the cells, and copy-paste onto a Miro board to create stickies. While this is sort of like the Bulk Mode features, you are completing this outside of the Miro board and therefore the Bulk Mode modal will not be covering up your board.

Switching Object Type

Even if you wanted to create bulk Cards or Shapes or Text, you could use the spreadsheet method and then quickly convert the stickies into another object type.

Breakout Frames (BETA)

While still in beta, once released, this should allow for sending folks off into their own frame to create objects on their own.

Wish List

I would suggest upvoting the following idea: https://community.miro.com/wish-list-32/private-mode-for-contributors-2716

Thank you Robert for the alternatives. Good to know you guys are working on the breakout frames. This is really a great enhancement and I will use it often. Especially with inexperienced workshop participants it helps a lot.
