Hi - very frustrated with Miro. All of my boards which I created during free do not load after upgrading my account and I am unable to create new boards.

This is unacceptable.

AS well, I am unable to request a full refund through the billing settings.

IF the service does not work - I should be able to request an immediate refund.

Horrible experience that I hope will be resolved with Miro asap.

A few questions:

  • What type of plan did you upgrade from the Free Plan to? Consultant or Team?

If you haven’t already, could you try signing out and back into Miro.

  • Once you have done that, how many teams do you have listed in the vertical pane on the left-side of your dashboard?

Do you mean that they are not displaying in your list of boards in your dashboard when you click on All boards OR that you try to open a board and it won’t load, so you can’t view its contents?

I am unable to create new boards

Do you not have the New board button?
