Miro Dashboard won't load / Eternal loading

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a very important project and when i was trying to load a template, miro stopped working and now is eternally loading.

I’m very worried because I have to present this due friday.

I did everything the page said i have to do in order to fix this but nothing works. It’s only one dashboard, the rest is working ok.

Please help! 😥

@Mescamillad - A few things to try:

If using a browser, try the Miro desktop app
Something else that has worked for others was to try loading the board from a completely different network, e.g., if you are on a laptop, connect via a mobile hotspot. If that works, then try restarting your primary network’s router.
