Manipulate an image's position relative to its crop or mask.

Hi,
Sorry in advance for the lack of coding knowledge/experience.

I’m trying to find a way to change the position of an image relative to its own crop or mask via the Developer Tools console.  I’m able to edit code I’ve found online to both move and resize images and shapes, but I can’t find any documentation referring to the images mask so I’m not sure how to proceed.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Josh

Hi @JBCAD

Interesting question . . . it sounds like it is development related, maybe the Web SDK? Sadly, I can’t answer it.

What I can suggest if you haven’t done so already, there is a Discord server for Miro development, and there you can ask questions -- and it is not just with other users but also real Miro developers. You can find the link under “Developer Discord” here:

https://developers.miro.com/

I’ve asked a few questions, and usually a real Miro developer answers me within a few hours.  It’s an excellent resource, and I really, really appreciate being able to engage directly with the experts when needed!

Hope this helps!
