Lost Access to own Table

Hi,

after the holidays I lost access to a table I created in my own board. The table is greyed out and there is a text saying “You do not have permission to view this data”. This does not make sense to me, as I am the board owner, created the table myself in this very Miro-Board.

When I click on “Request Access” no Email is sent to my Mail-Account.

Is there a way to recover access to the Table?

Hi @cmiro and @JSchult,

Thanks for reaching out!

The synced View/Request Access error message means that the original Table is in another board that was not shared with you or you do not have access to.

As for the error message appeared on your end, @MichielM, The best way to reproduce the issue you're reporting would be by getting access to the board. Kindly reach out to support team and please share the problematic board with support@help.miro.com as a Guest with Editor rights by following this guide - Invite guests.

Hope this helps!

Same problem here. My board, my table, no access, no action taken when trying to use the “Request access” link.

Although not the exact problem mentioned above, but i got this after coming back from holidays. It worked 2 weeks ago:

Could be related...seems it has something to do with licenses and related permissions (i’am on an enterprise plan)

hi, thanks. For some reason the board and related tables started to work again. I will monitor moving forward and contact support if needed.

Hi

I have a similar problem. I have one board with one table. I can still edit my table, but the guests, that could previously edit the table as well, cannot do it anymore. The table is not synchronised with another board and the rights haven’t been changed. Why is it not working anymore?

Thanks!

Clara

I have the exactly same issue as guest and in our company tenant our guests can not work on the tables anymore… if it is the plan to leave it like this I have to convert all these topics into another element and the main value of the tables have gone… A lot of work to do and even a step back in collaboration work.
