And will this work the groups are making al bee individaually saved?

Absolutely - with any of the paid plans you can have multiple parallel working groups all using different boards. How you share the boards with the group participants will be influenced by the plan you are on and the sharing method (e.g. full edit access vs anonymous guest editor).
And Miro auto-saves changes as they are made to boards so, yes, all the work would be saved.
