Hello.My question is simple, I tried to find an answer to my issue but there’s no answer at all.Miro doesn’t let me use copy/paste functions when I click on the 3-dots menu of any object, it shows me the message: These actions are unavailable via context menu. Please use: CTRL+C for copy and CTRL+V for paste. And when I try to use CTRL+C and CTRL+V, nothing happens.And before someone ask me a silly question if I’m using the desktop or web app, of course I’m using the web app and since I said “click”, it means that I’m on a pc, not a mobile device.Just give me a straight answer why it’s not possible to copy/paste a simple object: line, square, circle, star, text block, etc., using the integrated menu of any object?...I think this question doesn’t requires a scientific level to answer it...is just about the copy/paste function that I’m talking here, nothing more, not trying to do something of other dimension either.

Where can I see if the beta functions can be activated for my browser / desktop Miro versions?Via the menu item Help I get the info 0.70 ... 

Hi!I wish to add my company’s listing on the Miro marketplace. Ours is an interactive demo software and it works similar to Loom, in a sense that users need to just drop the demo link on their Miro board for it to work. Now the problem is since it’s not really an app integration to Miro, we’re unable to figure out how to proceed. The guidelines are relevant for app submissions which requires all the security guidelines to be met. However, we do not even have any external facing APIs for setting OAuth authorization. So some guidance on how to proceed for the listing would be very helpful. Thanks!

For some reason, I can only change the font size for the entire mind map. However, three branches of that mind map got impaired and are of a smaller font size. Even if I click the auto-layout for that mind map, it stays the same. And it seems I cannot increase the font size just for some of the branches. Is there any way to fix this? It does my head in..

Hi!  I am wondering: I have two miro boards with quite personal sensitive information that i wish to share with a team. The team shouls be able to see the boards on their iphone. Is it possible that miro asks for a password when the app opens? En if not, how can I make sure the boards are save to enter from a phone? Thanks! 

Hi,I’m coming back to using Miro now, and I seem to remember that previously I was able to zoom in as much as I like, and add additional objects and stickers after having zoomed in… Am I manufacturing that memory?It’s just that I often start anywhere in a project, and as I work, things get deeper and shallower, but Miro doesn’t allow me to zoom in any deeper on my ipad (or any other device), and the thickness of my pencil also doesn’t seem to get thinner so I can’t write any smaller if I want to dive deeper into a particular section.Am I missing something? or is there a way around this?  

I was invited to collaborate on a board by a friend. I enjoyed Miro so much I bought a business plan. However, now that I have installed the app and paid for a plan, I cannot access my friends board from the app. I can only access the board from the original link via browser. Is there a way I could access the shared board from the app?

Working on the desktop app gets progressively slower until the app takes seconds between updates. This is on the MacOS M1 Desktop app. I am often working on these boards alone, and am experiencing this issue even on boards with little content (maybe a couple of frames and a total of 20 widgets). I have tried the following:Restarting/updating the app Resetting application data Hiding the side bar Turn off collaborators’ cursors Hide the mapRestarting and resetting application data temporarily resolve the issue, but after 5 minutes of working it begins to lag again as if something is building up.My Mac is an M1 with the latest Ventura 13.4 OS. My internet connection is running at 300+ Mbps. Any help is appreciated.

My project is as follows:Our leadership team and other stakeholders have made several requests to get customer references for a new product we have. I would like to have single source of truth to track outreach to the sales account teams to get their buy-in in doing a customer story. We also would like a way to have alternate customer accounts available in case a customer is not willing to do a customer reference. Tracking when outreach happened and the outcomes of each interaction with these sales account teams for eahc respective customer would be great.Leadership will want to see how things are going in terms of progress towards getting these references, so we also would like a high-level, super easy to read and understand dashboard of our progress.What template or custom template is recommended?

Since the last week, the Miro session has been expiring quickly, which makes it necessary to log in again several times a day.Is it possible to configure it to remain logged in until I want to log out?

Since coming back to my boards this morning, it look like all instances of the avatar and image components from the wireframe library have been squished.Even pulling in new instances produces the following: It anybody else experiencing this?

My company has several Miro accounts for different departments/practices. Are there ways to link the accounts so that we can view boards on all the various accounts?

I want to know if i could create a custom section in the shapes options, where i could select all the shapes that i want, and only that oneses

Hi,I´m a great fan of Miroverse, and have submitted some templates already. Can I delete the board after I submitted via the form? I have not downloaded a copy of the template since I am on a Free price plan. Or do I have to keep the board active and untouched as long as the template exists in Miroverse? Thanks!

Suddenly copying and pasting in Miro board is not workingI attempted to copy and paste through Key-board (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V) and it worked nothing.nothing happened.so i tried to another way which i clicked right button of mouse and chose copy and paste from the menu, but the message said “These actions are unavailable via context menu. Please use : Ctrl +C, Ctrl+V)” How can this problem be solved. Is there a setting which was by accident triggered which could have caused this? Thanks! 

Hello there!  I am creating a Customer Journey Map.  I am using a Macbook Pro.  I am fairly tech savvy and I cannot for the life of me get frames to pick up the objects within them so that I can move them all together.  I have tried to select existing objects and then frame them, and I have tried creating the frame first THEN adding the objects.  Nothing works for me.  I have looked through the community for similar issues, but I have. not found the exact same issue.  I have enabled the grid and disabled it….nothing works for me.  Any advice out there?  Many thanks in advance!  

Hi there, I am able to import an Azure Card however once the card is in Miro and on the board I can’t edit it. What can be done to correct this issue? There is no pen icon (edit) on the card’s context menu.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has been able to figure out how to edit your miroverse template. To be clear— I don’t mean the name and description but the actual template.  As we all know, the secrete to creating a good anything, templates included, is iteration. I have finally launched one of my templates onto the Miroverse and already I want to make some edits and changes. I’m guessing that surely this is possible, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how. Would love anyone’s help.  Cheers, Shay

So  what’s the difference between these 2 tools ?If I click on “1” it’s open the “3”. In  bottom of “3” there is a “all shapes” button (4)If I click on “4” it’s open the full shapes list “5”. If I click on “2” it’s also open the full shapes list “5”. So  2 is just a shortcut. 

Dear all,First I’ve got some experience by implementing iFrames in web pages. Also I just iFrames in miro in the last years and these ones always worked for me.Now  I’ve got the problem that miro always opens iFrames with 800x442 px and ignores all given parameters like size, frameborders etc. It doesn’t matter if I implement it (as an example) this way or via using style=”xxx”: <iframe src="https://miro.com" width="1024" height="768" name="miro" title="miro"></iframe>How can I get the old functunality or how I can motivate miro to open iFrames the way I like? ;-) Thx in advanceTiger

I created a project and a board using the Desktop app, but I cannot see it through the online interface. Actually, this seems to work both ways - I also can’t see a project/board I created online through the Desktop app. How can I see all my projects in both places?

I tried to duplicate board and got message “Sorry, something went wrong”. Any idea what could be a reason of issue?
