I placed icons on one of my images that was uploaded by me and when I TRIED TO MOVE THAT IMAGE, ICONS DIDNT MOVE!!!!!!!!

I placed icons on one of my images that was uploaded by me and when I TRIED TO MOVE THAT IMAGE, ICONS DIDNT MOVE!!!!!!!!  Can someone plz give their expert opinion that what can I do to have the icons there only

@rumi - This is expected behavior. If you want two objects to move together, you have to group them.

Example:

For more on Grouping, see the Structuring Board Content help article and search the page for “Grouping”. 

Another option moving a number of objects around together is to put them all into a frame:
