After changing mail adress Team Admin role not changed

I changed my mail address in my profile from. A result of this is that my new mail address is added as a user to all my boards but not with the role Team Admin. This role still is related to my old mail address which I can't use anymore. Result of this is that I can't remove anyone from the list of members. How can this be solved?

 

Hopefully someone can help me out. Thanks in advance!

If your old email is still associated with the Team Admin role, but you no longer have access to it, you’ll need to regain access or contact Miro Support for assistance. Only a Team Admin can transfer admin rights to another user.

 

Since you can’t remove members or manage team settings, I recommend reaching out to Miro Support directly here so they can help update your admin role.

Isso também aconteceu comigo! Eu perdi bastante tempo procurando como desvincular o email antigo da conta. Até que entrei pelo email antigo, que era gmail, e fui em configurações, apps e interações, e desvinculei a conta antiga do google/drive, algo assim. Não lembro exatamente como foi, mas foi futucando por ali.

Dear Eca,

 

I’ve a free Miro-account and I'm unable to use my old mailbox anymore. Is the conclusion that in this case I can't reach out to Miro Support and therefore unable to solve this problem? Or is there still another way to fix this?
