Looks like lots of users are asking for DARK MODE, for at least FOUR YEARS.So - why haven’t you responded?

Hi everyone!I wanted to know if miro has currently put a minimum amount of members for the Starter subscriptions.On July 9, 2026, I had a Starter plan with one license, your pricing page still states that automatic payments have no minimum, while the Help Center now says the minimum is two. Can I keep or reactivate my previous single-seat plan? I didn’t renewed for some weeks because I didn’t plan to work on my project those days, but it’s still weird that the renewing of the payment asked for a single seat (8€ + taxes) while now I can only select minimum 2 (16€ + taxes).

Dear Miro Support Team,My name is Iryna, and I’m an English teacher living in Ukraine. I’ve been using Miro for the past 4 years to run my classes online. Last year, I was given free access to the premium version of Miro, which I found extremely useful for my teaching.It has probably expired by now, so I was wondering if I could get access to the premium version again and whether I’m still eligible for the free subscription for Ukrainian educators.Thank you for your help!Best wishes,Iryna

Dear Miro Team,My name is Daryna, and I am an Italian language teacher from Ukraine. I would like to kindly ask if you could consider providing me with a free or educational subscription to Miro.I use online tools extensively in my teaching practice, and Miro would be an invaluable platform for visual learning, interactive exercises, and collaboration with my students. Due to the ongoing situation in Ukraine, purchasing a paid subscription is currently very difficult for me.Education and my students are extremely important to me, and access to Miro would help me continue teaching effectively and creatively during these challenging times.I would sincerely appreciate any support or opportunity to use Miro through a free or discounted educational plan. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.Warm regards,Daryna Italian Language TeacherUkraine

Hi,I have an existing Miro account that currently has access to a board shared with me by another user.The team shown in my dashboard is called “ENGLISH TUTOR”, but Miro explicitly shows:“You're not a member of this team.”I would now like to create my own independent Free team/workspace using this same Miro account.According to the Miro Free Plan documentation, a user should be able to create their own Free team as long as they are not a member of another Miro team.However, when I open the team/organization selector, the only available option is “Add organization”, which redirects me to selecting a paid plan. I cannot find any option to create my first Free team.I do not want to create another Miro account, and I do not want to join the “ENGLISH TUTOR” team. I only want to create my own Free team under my existing account.Could you please check my account state and either:explain how I can create my first Free team with this account, or correct the account state if the existing guest a

Using the login link from the automatic email is extremely inconvenient, especially when working across different computers, as I have to go through the email login process every time before I can access Miro.

Hello,Thank you for getting back to me.I have already contacted Miro Community regarding free access for Ukrainian educators, and I was informed that my request was converted into a support ticket.I am an English teacher and online tutor from Ukraine, and I would like to use Miro for my lessons with students.I would like to request access to the free Education Plan for educators. However, I am not sure how to activate it or which steps I need to follow.Could you please help me apply for the free Education Plan and let me know if you need any proof of my teaching activity?Thank you very much for your help!Kind regards,Anastasiia

we are running into 500 errors when we create a lot of frames, the code works fine on my instance, however fails for a customer for whom we are running the code for. A quick google search seems to suggest that this is a rate limiting error? https://community.miro.com/developer-platform-and-apis-57/500-error-on-get-tags-from-item-endpoint-19904Request that produced it:POST https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/board_id/frames{   "type" : "error",   "code" : "3.0000",  "context" : { "boardId" : "redacted" },  "message" : "Internal error occurred",  "status" : 500}

I have been wanting this feature for years, so I thought I would ask the Community's thoughts.The Miro board — an infinite canvas. Powerful. But increasingly complex. The only navigation tool? The Frames panel — tucked on the right, limited to Frames only. It's been the same for as long as I can remember.As boards grow in complexity, the question becomes bigger than Frames: what if you could navigate to any object, any location on the board?Here's what I'm envisioning:A navigation panel in the left/Spaces sidebar — clicking any item pans to that object on the board (think Alt/Option + 2 to "zoom to selection") Search for and pin any object to this list Create board location links (e.g., a Home or Start view) Add any object to the navigation list directly from its context menu New items would default to the object's name, filename, image alt text, etc. — but could be renamed Reorder items freely Any board participant could use this panel — including Guests and Visitors, not just team me

I’ve currently created a regular Miro account with my student email and have now found out there is an educational version for students. Should I delete my regular account and sign up for the student account or will it not work? I’ve tried it once in the past, but it did not work and it said “The allowed number of accounts is exceeded. Please use a different email address.” I’ve recovered my account now so should I try again, but after deleting wait a day or two so it doesn’t bug?

Hello Miro Community Team,I’m a Miro community member, and I recently noticed that my profile has been deactivated with the message: “Please contact your community admin.”I recently organized and successfully conducted a Miro event after putting significant effort into it, so I was quite surprised to see my profile deactivated without any prior communication.Could a Community Admin please review my account, clarify the reason for the deactivation, and help me with reactivation?I’d really appreciate the opportunity to continue contributing to the Miro Community.Thank you!

Is it possible to install the android miro app directly from the website? Not playstore. I'd like to install it on a Kindle Fire as the kids really enjoy using it for school work.

How quickly does support return communication please? I have been charged over four and a half thousand dollars AUD for something i did not sign up for in terms of a plan.

Hi, I can’t log in to the Windows desktop app, no matter if I start from the app, or in the browser. I can log in through the browser using the magic link, but when I click continue in the app, in the app I still get the sign-in screen, and I get a new magic email sent to me, which takes me back to the browser, and the vicious cycle continues. The same neverending cycle keeps happening if I start from the app.I tried those steps described in the help, but some of those settings mentioned there don’t even exist.Could anyone help me out please?

Hello!I have a problem: when I try to log into my account in app for tablet  I can’t do this. I click on the magic link, which is sent to me in email, after clicking I’m sent to web version of Miro. When I try to click the button “open an app” (which is on the top of the screen) I open an app and app still requires to use “magic link” to confirm your account. The weirdest thing is that I can open an app on my iPhone without magic linkso, what can I do?
