Guided / Time-Based Project Archival Process

I’ve found that my Projects have begun to accumulate over time, many of which can now be archived.  First request, introduce an archiving system that removes Projects from an active list instead of simply deleting them.

Second request, provide guided recommendations for which projects can be archived (boards not changed or accessed within [x] amount of time). Two points of reference for approach are how Windows handles it for their OS with storage capacity / clearing, or via Teams, where they automatically move Teams to the Hide list where you have not posted anything for [x] amount of time.
