Paying miro members should be easily assigned as particpants to other accounts

It would be cool, if there is an easy solution to assign miro clients (with a paid consultant account) to another consultant account. We work a lot with freelancers in different settings. They use already miro and pay for it. Why shall we then pay 2 or 3 or 4 times the same fee? I learned, that it is part of today’s miro pricing model, but here it gets over-expensive. Just sharing a link with them would mean, that I don’t have control on the link anymore and have to track it in a separate list, with whom I shared which board.

Was it helpful?

If someone invites someone that has an active MIRO account associated with that email address and login, NO ONE should not have to pay again! Double dipping isn’t cool...

If an account invited to a board becomes inactive (Non-paying)

  • MIRO should warn i.e.:
"User@google.com" no longer has an active paid account - what would you like to do?

[Pay for user on my account]    [Set user access as inactive]

[Set user access as inactive]  remembers the user but cuts off access to the board

AND:

[X] Remind me when user account becomes active again- This will remind you so you can choose if you want the account to have access again.
