My team reported issues on a voting session we had today.
I have prepared a voting session in advance that was limited to cards in a certain section of the miro board, but when it came time to vote, some of the cards were greyed out for the voters.
I recreated the voting session on the fly, but users still reported that some of the cards were greyed out.
Has anyone else had this experience? What can be done to troubleshoot it?
Note:
- The cards were all within the area defined for the voting
- All the team are licenses full members
