Hi,
I already can invite as many people I wish with the free plan but only I can edit 3 boards. So i would like to subscribe to Consultant to have more than 3 boards but i would like to be sure that i can invite many people as with the free (even if they cannot use the pay features).

No - once you subscribe to a paid account you will need to pay for all full access users. The only exception is if you use the anonymous guest editor sharing, however with that, you can’t have “named” collaborators and, as there is no password protection on the public sharing, it is possible that someone you don’t wish to access the board could get to it.
