Add the ability to hide frames for any board editors

Please allow other members of a team/editors of a board (non-board creators) to hide frames they create within the board (extra points if they can still see it themselves and edit it while it’s private for the other board teammates)

At present we’re having to go to one member of the team (the board creator) to hide items we don’t want others to see and then we ourselves can’t see these things when working on them in a public board (public to the team). This is causing a bottleneck and stops people wanting to work on Miro as they can’t work on something hidden that will eventually be for the full team

A direct example of this would be if I’m trying to do a H1 roadmap for the team and I’m ideating on this, I want to create it in Miro so it’s visual and simple to understand but I don’t want anyone else in the team seeing this as it’s a WIP.
