HELP! I stopped seeing the vertical bar on the left and the bar on the bottom

Could you please help - I just cannot see the whole menu bar vertical nor the bar on the bottom and I have a team building session in 30 minutes!

SOLVED IT WITH VIEW - ACTUAL SIZE in Google Chrome!
