My student cannot write in the board

Hey there! Can you, please, help me with one problem. One of my student can’t write anything in the board, but others can do it. How can I solve this problem?

I think you will need to provide some more details - what access does the student have, how are they accessing Miro, can they do any other types of edits to the board and so on.
