SSO error

I have some users where they cant use the Miro app due to SSO errors.  Oddly enough, logging into Miro via the web with SSO works fine. It's obvious that this is an endpoint issue. In addition, it doesn't affect all users as some can log into the app and the website via SSO without issue. Tried all of the steps located in the following doc:
https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019271654-I-can-t-log-in-via-SSO

Still no joy. Even down to the command line where there is the schema test and the affected enpoints pass.

Hi @Doug Van Allen,

Thanks for sharing the details and for already trying the troubleshooting steps! Since SSO works via the web but not in the Miro app for some users, this could be an endpoint-specific issue requiring deeper investigation.

I recommend submitting a support ticket so the team can look into logs and specific configurations. You can open a ticket within your dashboard:

If possible, include details such as:

  • The specific error message users receive in the Miro app and the screenshot
  • Any differences in authentication settings for affected users vs. those who can log in
  • Device & OS details for affected users

Let us know if you need any help in the meantime!
