Fishbone Diagram Template not pulling in all content previewed

I just tested it and got the same results as you - either the template has changed since the preview diagram was taken or something is broken within it. I’d suggest opening a support request with Miro to get this looked at: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center

Hi there everyone!

Our apologies for the confusion! The template link was set for a blank template view. However, if you go into product and search our template library you have the option to search Fishbone Digram then you can select a pre-filled one. 

I definitely understand where the confusion lies so I notified my team. They will be working on updating the template link so it has the pre filled template by default.

I think the other issue is that the template doesn’t provide the video or instructions as are shown in that preview. Is that what the pre-filled template would provide?

I submitted a ticket for this, but the fishbone diagram isn’t pulling up at all anymore.

Confirming that Miro was able to resolve this issue.  The key is to pull in the pre-populated templated

@Danny Uhlemann Weird!  I just searched Miroverse and agree, the template has disappeared!

Yeah, I’m new here and I ended up pulling in the one from @Kiron Bondale above, but the actually templates aren’t working, pre-filled or not.

I have also tried using the Fishbone template. When I try either the blank or pre-filled template option I get a blank board

I have the same issue pulling up the fish bone diagram or Cause-effect

Question as above. I tried to re-login but still not working. I could not add the above pre-filled templates to my board. Others which are not locked are feasible. Mine is a Free version. Any reasons why? May advise. Thanks.

I would suggest leaving a reply at that post (or clicking the subscribe "star") to be notified of updates. 

Got the same issue here. It was not displayed after selecting the pre-filled templates. :(

@KaSham - Did you try opening the template as a board, clicking on the board name, and using the Duplicate action?

Hello Robert, Thanks for the quick reply. I turned on the board as usual and the pre-filled templates, like Fishbone, Flowchart, etc. Most of them work but not 5 Whys or Fishbone. They were not displayed on the board that i was using.

What I could do now is to turn on the board you provided and duplicated it so I could use it. How about 5 Whys, how could i fix it? I think they should be same as others. When i select the pre-filled one, they should be displayed automatically with the video.

Is it a bug? May advise? Thanks for helps.
