About Security; if domain is known, can anybody enter my board or can I control it?

Assuming he is part of your team in Miro, then if the permissions on the board are set to provide access to anyone in your team then he would be able to see it and edit it by opening it from the Miro dashboard. He would not need to have the board URL in that case as he could just browse for it through the dashboard.

Boards have a uniquely generated URL which does not have the company domain as part of it.

Normally the only way someone would have access to a board would be if you have shared it with them and provided them with its URL. Once they have that, they would continue to have access to it until you change the sharing rights to that board.

It has to be. But my colleague could enter mine without sharing URL.

@Kiron Bondale Thanks again. I found the setting of Permission, which was “Discoverable”.
