How do I sign up for an Education Plan without an educational email ? I have tried, but the form did not accept.

@CAMILA FERNANDES - The email domain is one of the acceptance criteria for being granted a free Education Plan - it is one of the three items used to confirm you are a student of the the institution you say you are. 

Does your school not supply you with an email address?

If you do have an email address with your school and just need to update your Miro account profile email address, you can do so by following the instructions in the How to change your email Help Center article.

I would like to apply for education plan, but I am a freelance teacher, I teach Spanish online, using Miro and also I teach teacher to use Miro and to create their own spanish lessons using Miro.

What should I do?

Dear Miro Community,

Fleeing the war in Ukraine, I've founded "Langue Confetti," an online English and French school with a couple of colleagues here in Serbia.

Due to my circumstances, obtaining an official educator email for the Educator Plan application is still challenging. However, my commitment to education is strong, and I believe Miro's collaborative features are crucial for creating engaging online lessons for my students.

Would the Miro team consider my situation and grant me access to the Educator Plan? I’m eager to demonstrate how I'll use Miro to create a vibrant learning environment in such gloomy times for many.
