Non-team users - do they consume a license?

Hi, I have a client on a team plan, they have currently invited a user to have view permissions to a board, if they are changed to Commenter, will this change the user to a full licensed member? or are free non-team members allowed to comment/view?

@Kaho Cheung - I just tested the following scenario from a Team Plan and the invited user did not become a full licensed user:

  1. The Team profile settings before adding this new user:

     

  2. Added a registered Miro user (this user was only a member of a Free Plan team) to a board:
  3. And when I look at the Team Plan settings profile page, there is still only 3 Full Members, but now one “Non-team user”:

    And on the Users page:
