Hello.
I had been using the free account with my university classmates. The entire class has formed a team with many boards. When I upgraded my account to an educational one (I also changed my email address associated with the account from my personal to my academic address) I can now no longer see any of the boards in this team, the boards are no longer listed. i have logged in and out a few times but this has made no difference. Has this happened to anyone else?
