The option to save as an image is always greyed out. I have downloaded the app (in which most options are greyed out) and I have also tried to open and save as image through the google chrome (although most options are not greyed out “save as an image” and “export image” are). Neither options allow me to save as an image on my IPAD pro.

It is also possible that the Board Owner has disabled team members from saving content! The Board Owner can go into the Sharing Settings > Permissions and change “Who can copy board content”, which includes “duplicating the board, copying objects, saving the board as a template or PDF, and downloading images”.
You can try asking the Board Owner to change this setting!
