Hi - We really like this platform and just started to pilot it. We have the Team License package. We’d like the “Comment Only” users to have more features besides ONLY adding comments. They would like to use the default palette on the left side of screen. While I understand the purpose of Comments, it lacks other features that would help us.
Without using another Team Member license, how can I accomplish this? I see there is an External Editors pilot program for Business and above. Can you enable us to this feature for the Team licensed customers? At minimum, can we be part of the pilot program?
