Unable to upgrade from free to consultant plan


Hi,

When I try to upgrade from the Free account to the Consultant account, no matter which UPGRADE button I press, a new browser opens up and I am put back exactly where I started. It just keeps going round and round. Please advise.

@Max_S - A couple of other ways to try:

(1) Go here: https://miro.com/pricing/

And then scroll down to here use the Get started button:

 

(2) The Getting started button links to here, so you could try this directly to: https://miro.com/app/?createConsultantPlan

If that still doesn’t work, if you have any browser extensions/add-ons enabled, try disabling them all or try from a private/incognito browser window.

Tried incognito, tried different browser but still rolls back to the Home Page of my boards. 

This is really frustrating...

Interesting thing is if I say Buy Team, it will show me the Dialog box that says “Create your team”.

Do you have any other users in your Free Plan?

When you click Upgrade from your dashboard, the following modal window does not open?

 

Another place to try is from your Team members page by selecting:

  1. the team settings button from your dashboard:
  2. Active Users →  Invite new members → Upgrade now:
     

 

If all of that fails, I would try another device/computer all together. And that’s still a no-go, I’d say that it is time to open a Miro Support & Help Center support ticket.

The window does open but when I select any option it just goes back to my home page.

I somehow accidentally was able to stumble across the upgrade payment page by first creating a new TEAM and then upgrading from within one of the options inside the TEAMS.

 

Weird.
